Back in October , Millers Manager Paul Warne ended up in Isolation trying to manage the club over Wifi

In December their first COVID postponement came 90 minutes before kickoff against Derby, followed by the Middlesbro game

In March when only 1 club in 72  EFL had positive cases, all 25 were at ...yep, Rotherham.  Brentford, Luton and Coventry games got postponed 



So , on Saturday Rotherham travel to in-form Cardiff needing a Win and Derby to drop points,

It'll be their 12th game in 35 days,

Over a quarter of the Season played in 5 weeks

If things weren't Bad Enough # 2 - Sheffield Wednesday

Dodgy previous accounting trying to avoid the Loss making rules meant Wednesday started the Season on -12 points. 

If it had been applied the Season before, Wednesday would already be in League 1, but that's another story (sorry Charlton)

But just to Ice the Cake, now their Dodgy Sale is looking less likely again

Having called off the Sale to an Arab mob in March now they're trying to be bought by a 29 year old ex-boxer 

Erik Alonso is Spanish but works as an Asian Player Agent and makes all sorts of claims of contacts at Real Madrid and wants a piece of Indonesian Football.

Still to pass the "fit and proper" owners test, he comes from a recent highly myserious involvement with Sheffield Wednesday and a very short lived takeover attempt there.

Ironic if Wednesday send Derby down this weekend and he bales out on buying a League 1 club

Haven't picked up a point in the last 6, and Rotherham unfortunately haven't won any of their last 7

Wednesday however have come from an impossible situation, to a chance and being in every game

They have the momentum so to my mind they look better odds than the bookies

Rotherhams last catch up game tonight, can they do it ?

With their Goal difference, 2 wins will keep them up, and maybe just 1

Tonight they will have played 11 games in 32 days

So Wimbledon and Wigan finally back to losing



but it was too late to let the rest catchup

the other 2 losing left them too far short and it's all over with a game left

I had strong hopes Rovers would survive.
