Talking to one of the players at the weekend and he was saying the pre-season workload has been huge and quite a few players are really hurting. Apparently they all have individual plans for their physical fitness and strength development, some players get worked hard, some really hard, and no ones getting it easy. They’ve got a new fitness and conditioning manager (I think he’s from WSW but I forgot to ask) who’s really driving them hard.

They won’t say what the frosty filter is about other than to say “there is a reason which will become apparent” ... it’s pretty much on everything right from FB to twitter ...

There’s been a fair bit of comment on it (mostly negative tbh) which the supporters group passed on to the club which is when we got that response.

Interestingly though, that video they did with the kids has now has 150,000 views. Astonishing bit of marketing and it’s nice to see them trying stuff lately

Marquee DM, and fits the "frosty" filters. cant find any Icelandic free agents that fit the bill (though that didnt stop us with Mauk). Jens Cools is the only free agent that i could find with a "cold" connotation.

yeah Now im thinking Cryo Australia as front of shirt sponsor for the mens and womans (or all teams). they were a minor sponsor last season and we got some videos pregames of the team doing recovery with them. It's better than no sponsor but they cant have too much cash. im sure its not a huge deal. 

CSL were front of shirt sponsor most of last season but seem to remember that was only temporary. I can’t think of a single sponsor we have at the moment apart from Luxury Paints and that’s only there because he loves Roar.

Announcement tomorrow morning about whatever this is with Aloisi and Taggart out at Logan base. Surely a sponsor.

Whoops. Didn’t mean to be unkind to LCC as their sponsorship is equivalent to $300,000/year or $3m over the lifetime of the deal. That’s a bloody good deal 👍
