He's come up on my Youtube from time to time. He Trump watches more on policy than the way I Trump watch, I can't get past the criminal and traitor bit to even care about his policies.

He was covering both styles, country & western, when I watched a few this year. I see what you mean of course, to get to your specifics you'd have to slowly wade through the whole swamp to get there & it'd get tedious listening to all the waffle on the way if it's meaningless to you. You have to admit, he is very thorough. An American I know got me onto him a long while back, so from his perspective the policies would be interesting & the mischief completely frustrating rather than entertainment.

Klemmer Burger.

Bwahahaaha!

There's something very funny and a little disturbing about a Klemmer Burger.

Keith Oberman was the best Trump watcher, but he's retired. Said his job was done because it's just a matter of when.

Just does baseball and lost dogs these days.

That's a shame. A medical retirement would have been nice.

Happy he is feeling in high spirits and is looking forward to a strong pre-season but I've seen this episode before and predict he will be medically retired by mid next season.

Looms and goes up a gear quick when he gets the ball.

IMO potentially more exciting than Barba, highlights did feature any playmaking, don't need to pass when you can run the try in yourself.

Perhaps a lot to lewwrn but you can't coach anticipation and pace.

Careful there....
Barba (2012), Hayne(2009) and SBW(2004) were some of the most devastating performances I have seen in my time watching the game.

But the kid does seem to know how to support and has some speed. Good prospect.

I am comparing to Barba at the same age, both very fast Clayton seemed more engaged, but it is a highlights reel.

In U20s Barba used to drift in and out of games from memory, some games he didn't do much.

Probably time for some new blood.
Like the football club, I don't think the leagues club was run well 1998-2017.

It's unfortunate Elliott was knocked around so much by what Buzz & his goons did. He shouldn't be so hard on himself. Sure, in future, don't do it again, but he knew that from Mad Monday itself. Naivety & lesson learnt. It's nothing new at all. It was all harmless & furthermore in private, only viewable if you happened to be spending your day up a particular tree with binoculars, a telescope or a long-range camera & most importantly without consent to invade their privacy etc.
It's a football team, how many times (willingly or not) have they seen each other in the showers after a match anyway? The old get drunk & dance naked on the bar routine has been happening every day in the world since the dawn of mankind. I don't think it'll ever change. It's inevitable plenty from the next generation of people will live & learn the same lesson as well. It's a laugh at the time for the room full of drunks & a massive hangover afterwards. It will never change.
I can't speak for anyone else, but from what I've seen of Elliott since his time at the club, he's a top bloke & I support him 100% next year as I did this year. Champion bloke that got too drunk, like most people have at least once in their lives, which was nobody else's business, including the media or NRL boss.
On a lighter note, one thing the players must learn is NOT to stir a middie of Tooheys under any circumstances. Not with a spoon, not with a spatula & not with anything else that happens to be on the table within reach at the time!

I just think the club should just institute a dummy Mad monday.

Just have the typical mad monday the day after the season ends with just a lunch and few drinks- just for show.

Then.....on an undisclosed day later in the week, have the playful one, in a private area and under supervision, and with a strategy for the players to get home safely and outside the spotlight (club chartered bus).

Problem solved.

They'll be smart about it next time, if they have such an occasion next time at all. If they do, considering the suspended fine amount is big, they might send them all to church instead for cups of tea & a selection of cheeses.

From a mere fans point of view, it upsets me that a young player has been so upset long term by what the media did, followed by the NRL bosses over-reacting & blaming the players instead of rightfully blaming the media. If anything, it was a police matter & probably nothing much more than a $100 fine each for any streakers. The chuck on the footpath may have been another minor fine.

From the publicans perspective, the only harm done was having to hose the footpath the next day, which is something most publicans do every day of the week anyway, just on this occasion with a peg on his nose (or if it was me, a blindfold wouldn't go astray as well). The publican could also consider (& probably has considered & done it) replacing the glassware, because from any potential future customers point of view, it might be something in the back of the mind wondering if you'd been served one of THE glasses that....you know...

Apart from that, it's been plenty of advertising for the venue. If anyone isn't familiar with it, they have a comprehensive menu, not just the usual pub grills & salads & veges, but everything from seafood to pizzas as well. I'd have no problem going there, but maybe I'd just buy a premium beer in a stubbie, no glass thank you.

I was just driving down the old Pacific Hwy through Wyoming. and just before the roundabout at Wyoming shopping centre, a car stops dead, stopping traffic, and two blokes hop out - nude. The car drives off and these blokes streak through the roundabout and last I seen were headed for McDonalds.

It is a good idea actually...set it at a dodgy venue....to get the press in....then all the players arrive in tuxes and drink orange juice...Marki I reckon we should work to put a proposal to the club

Sounds about right. Where else supplies questionable meals in brown paper bags...

At least the nations streaker community are starting to show some originality. The "streak onto a cricket field" solo performance has been done to death.
Pairing up, thinking outside the box & setting new goals like that shows some inventive initiative & promise for them heading into the future.

I am very happy about both outcomes.
In particular,  great to have the Hughes family back on board, should have happened years ago.

True but most of them are 6's. And then most of the 8's you see are 5.0l I want the 5.8l.

I'll get there.
