+x+x+x+x+xThe conditions at the moment are rarely experienced in Aussie Shield cricket. Come in Peevers and Sutherland's replacement. They want easy batting tracks and drop in pitches. They want Tests to go the full five days to make as much money as possible in Australia. The 20/20 BBL dominates decision making for CA. Agree totally. But we as cricket lovers can do zilch about it. We have to cop it sweet. As members we can do a bit - collectively. However, I'm a political activist against governments at national, state and council level. It is taking up a lot of time. I don't have the time or energy to galvanise TCA members as well. Not many are also keen to become active either, or, take the action necessary to receive the results desired. +x+xglad i didnt stay up for that! Yes it is not easy to watch. In fact it is torture. It is easy to lose interest when we are losing. With all the spin, one watches a lot of cricket in terms of ball bowled per hour when cricket is played in Asia. I enjoy many of the unfamiliar venues too. One useful thing is that there is virtually zero chance of rain in the UAE!

Sorry to say..Paks look in total control. Our mediocre pace attack is no bother and like all Asians they are masters of spin play. Take note how they smother the turning ball.

Many Australians don't experience what we are experiencing - because they don't see us play Tests outside Australia, particularly Asia. They think we are a champion team, because all they see is us play Test cricket at home.
