Giannou played 90 mins in 2- 1 win yesterday. Racking up a lot of minutes at a good club. Him Mabil Boyle and Gol Gol can be like new signings for the Socceroos

Ryan's ability to distribute hasn't really regressed much, he's just in a way better league with opponents who know where to be. The difference between what he could do in the Belgian and Spanish leagues was also stark.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xWhy Daniel Arzani's Celtic debut could be imminent All signs suggest the Aussie teenager is very close to a first-team appearance for the Hoops Written By JOSH THOMAS
After training with the Celtic senior side last week, Daniel Arzani was a notable absentee from the Hoops academy team on Monday suggesting Brendan Rodgers could be about to hand the Australian his debut this week.
Having scored in his first start for the youth team last month, the 19-year-old has since missed multiple games for the side as he inches his way into Rodgers' first-team plans.
The timing couldn't be much better for Arzani either with the Hoops set to play their third game in under a week on Thursday against Dundee in the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic's busy schedule of late has seen them lose 2-0 to Red Bull Leipzig in the Europa League last week before claiming a 3-0 win over Hearts in the Scottish League Cup semi-final on Sunday.
Dundee, who sit bottom of the Premiership with one win from ten games, now loom as their next opponents and it's an ideal chance for Arzani to get his first taste of senior action.
With a tired squad and facing a side that shouldn't prove too much of a handful, Rodgers must seriously be considering using the Australian teenager at some point - a fact backed up by Arzani's omission from the academy side on Monday.
The Hoops are currently third in the league, six points off current leaders Hearts but with a game in hand.
Just three days after Celtic take on Dundee, they'll then play host to the league leaders with Arzani again in contention to feature then should he not play against Dundee.
Thursday's match however looms as his most likely chance to get some much-needed minutes with the first-team after recent reports suggested a Manchester City return could be on the cards should he not feature soon.
Celtic has since refuted those claims, but regardless Australia's brightest talents needs to be playing regularly sooner rather than later. https://www.sportingnews.com/au/football/news/why-daniel-arzanis-celtic-debut-could-be-imminent/1vrgg7jbkigfr1pyapmxiwy60i Rodgers' plan with the summer signing will quickly look like a masterstroke.

The way Sinclair has been moping around , would be a good sub combination on the left I think. Forrest has a pretty good chemistry going with Rogic on the right , that bags a goal or 2 every game or so. A hatrick in one game this season

It happens But then again, the PSV fans are having a meltdown towards Van Bommel and they have won 10 from 10 in the league with a +34 GD and they just got a point off Tottenham. There fans seem to be a very special case

Who dissolve Behich and Abels contract, worst players ever in a PSV shirt Abels, Behich and especially Isimat, really does not catch up. Yes that Behich a record ball loss, what to think of Isimat Isimat as if that was before T first on a football field at PSV WTF apparently the defense was shocking overall. Like one of those first games Brighton had with Maty initially. A real blinder by the back 4.comment off twitter. Abels is 21years old. MVB will get plenty of blame if he's fielded 2 aussies plus a very young player also.WTF apparently the defense was shocking overall. Like one of those first games Brighton had with Maty initially. A real blinder by the back 4.

My opinion is VB tanked this game on purpose. Give the funds to the other teams [quote]Translated from Dutch by Microsoft I would say to every back in youth football: there is hope!
Look at PSV, Dumfries plays 4 years after he was still an amateur CL and in Orange.
And Behich also has a professional contract. /quote]
ouch.

+x+x+x+xIf Ryan fixed his distribution he'd genuinely be an option for a move to a top club, but his distribution somehow is regressing every season. It's strange that used to be why he was so good. It really is odd, seemed to occur when he struggled to get game time for a period and these days it seems he has been focusing more on his shot stopping and ability in the air and just neglected that part of his game. If he genuinely improves it again, he'll probably be first in line for a top move when a vacancy occurs. Maybe it's the way Brighton plays or what they push for in training. But there was a point before Maty was injured in Spain where he basically assisted a goal because of his distrution. It was fast and pin point. In this case it was a through ball from the box to just over half way. I remember that Negredo goal quite fondly.

+x+xBehich was terrible from what I hear, going to be tough for him to get into the starting 11 now. from the highlights Sains had one of the worst games ive ever seen and he didnt look like he even gave a shit lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvzbVzV49RQBoth the passes from Sains early way too slow , doesn't really get the wingback in the mood going forward. Both Behich & Sains playing ok up unilt 28' First Waalwiljk goal, the entire team completely unprepared for the ball in the box. Sains no where near the front of goal, out far left side. (don't know what the deal is with man marking) 42' Behich provdies ball over top to striker, that nearly turns into a goal off a great diagonal ball to the winger. near miss on far post (claim of handball but not) 43' Sains earns a corner kick after a corner kicking it off defender marking him. (from which this nearly gets a goal) 57' CB gets blown away by striker (not Sains or Behich) near goal, GK does well First sub 62' BEHICH & SAINS NOT SUBBED 1-1 still. 75' 2-1 PSV up 78' VB going nuts at referees 87' PSVs forwards just running around in circles in front of the box not defending just strolling / chasing the ball. Near miss by Waalqwijk At this stage the goal square is wide open as fuck 90' number 38 & 16 for PSV let Waalqijk player head the ball over the top of the back four (sains to be more precise), Other CB barely bothers cover the man coming through on the right side, gets his foot onto it GOAL 2-2 107' Behich gets back well. Ball is switched to the left side, RB lets his man just put the ball along the front of goal. goes in front of both CBs to Behichs man, who bobbles it into the net as Behich looks quite shocked. (no Sains on at this time) 2-3 Waalqwijk Luzano try's to rescue a point but to no avail. Game OVER DONT GET THE HATE FOR BEHICH, NOR SAINS. wtf Clearly the PSV players were absolutely rubbish

Just watched highlights. Sainsbury and the other poor communication for the 2nd goal and the 3rd was near Behich. Frustrating night for them but we move on. Unfortunately their game time prospects have sunk.

October Update: For those interested in Noah's development. Noah played in the Quarterfinals of the Pokal/Cup game,a friendly and a league game during the first 3 weeks of October. In the final week he had an Upper respiratory tract infection so missed all training and the games on the last weekend of the month. He started training this week again. The weather has taken a dive and the cold weather is arriving quickly now with a very light snow fall on the 30th. This week there is a liga game on Saturday and also a friendly on Sunday against SC Viktoria Griesheim. Some of the big games coming will be friendlies against Eintracht Frankfurt and TSG Hoffenheim in November,Mainz05 and Darmstadt 98 in December. Hopefully we'll be lucky with the weather and snow falls wont cancel the games. Here's a Youtube link to some highlights of Noah in the first 3 weeks of October. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-AsqDXmkKkCheers
