Yes apparently #3 was a compromise. He was batting in the 4th over..so virtually opened.

Handscomb and Finch have made batting on this Gabba greentop look easy. Tells me the Bulls quicks have not exploited the conditions.

All three skippers have won toss and bowled. 

Perth Stadium is not green at all.. odd WA did not bat. Seems it was a good decision as the Warriors Jhye Richardson was causing havoc on the pacy  new Test deck. Will be interesting to see how it holds up for the next three days.

Hopefully Handscomb turns this start into a big one but also fully aware this is probably going to get him out
