A red card for Forest and a Villa equalizer for 4-4, it's all happening here.
I'm watching PSV Barca though. Messi just made it 0-1 in the 61st minute, no Aussies on yet.

1:0 Barcelona in Eindhoven. Frustrating that PSV will be out of Europe altogether it seems.

Pique allowed an acre of space to side foot in Messi's free kick in the 71st for 0-2. PSV make two attacking subs.

+xBig coup for Ange with David Villa reportedly on his way to Yokohama. Doesn't seem like much of a coup really. Villa is 37 (!!!) with his best days long behind him. It actually seems like incredibly unambitious recruitment and a step down from what they have now. They won't be challenging at the top of the table with this calibre of striker. Don't know WTF they're thinking. Villa might do moderately well in the a-league at this point, but I thought jleague was meant to be a few steps above.

Had look and saw that Marinos are on track for their worst season result for 18 years...he'll escape the drop, but that's not saying much when they have never been relegated.
You never know he might turn it around next season, but their improvement (based on results) has been very scattered.

It's a baffling move for a club with title ambitions.

Iniesta and Podolski are finishing midtable in 11th with Vissel Kobe. Torres is going into the final round this week hoping to avoid relegation with Sagan Tosu. Don't tell the Eurosnobs, they'll get upset.

Great to see Babalj has found a new club. Pretty sure the Indian Super League is on Fox Sports so I'm keen.
For the first time, but certainly not the last, I began to believe that Arsenals moods and fortunes somehow reflected my own. - Hornby

Maybe he is very close to that point, but i don't see much difference in the quality between the 2 leagues from what i've seen and he still scores much better than 1 in 2. There are far worse options than David Villa.

I usually just follow the scores and check out the stats. Why do you ask?

01:55 Rosenborg - Celtic FC AWST Let's hope Rogic has a standout game. Wish he pushed himself a little harder here.

There's also Giannou (v Zurich) and Vukovic (v Malmo) Rosenborg have nothing to play for. Maybe Gersbach will get a run. Not sure about Rogic. Cup final on the weekend.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

That's a penalty according A-League refs... not in Europa.

+xGiannou and Rogic starting but Gersbach isn't even in the squad. Well if Gersbach can't get a game at Rosenberg, he shouldn't be considered for the Socceroos. If he is selected (along with other Arnold favourites), he will be another Carney or Brad Smith who played more for their country than their club sides.

Goal Giannou. Zürich try to clear a cross in the 5 yard box and it hits his knee and rockets in. Quite unintentional goal that one.

Gersbach is a good player but he desperately needs game time. Meling is the Norwegian left back. He needs a loan move or preferably a permanent move elsewhere.

But i still remember a vicious tackle he made in a A-league game which was described as a strikers tackle. Basically he is winger converted to a left back. I don't think he is defensive enough.

Elder is playing with Leicester U23. Shame he isn't at Wigan. Vuka starting. Good atmosphere in Malmo.
