+x+xI'd take Ryan at Arsenal. Leno isn't convincing me. Leno made tonnes of howlers at Leverkusen. Lots make jokes about him in Germany. issue with ryan is definitely on corners. he just gets blocked out - he can't get above the pack. i was watching thomas at victory on the weekend and he totally bosses the area. you have a brawl against him for the ball and he comes flying through. i watched some ryan footage after and the difference is stark. one on one ryan will get his hands up over a 6'5" defender. but 2 together and he can't make the reach. he needs an inspector gadget glove

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Cleur's starting against Genoa in the cup. Penalty awarded to Genoa on 85', Entella were leading 2-1... I thought it was BS. Onto extra time.

Virtus Entella win on penalties!
Full 120 for Cleur, didn't take a pen.
Next up, Roma away in the Round of 16 on the 13th of January.

Back to the A-league? It would be interesting to see how much he's improved.

02:00FC Midtjylland - OB (Mabil 1 goal, 1 assist) 03:45PSV - Excelsior (Sains Behich bench) AWST Midjetland potentially may reclaim top position again. Ajax are sniffing around top position now with PSV on very similar wins , goals and points. Very close now

+xPasquali not in the squad... again. Any updates on Theoharous? Hasn't been in squad since mid October and had some time away with Australia. Hasn't been in squad the past 3 games. Expand the A league now to get these guys playing. These youth teams abroad have massive squads and don't serve much purpose in the German 4th tier.

Following Sainsbury as a search term on twitter. Unfortunately it's more to do with the UK supermarket than our Trent.

According to Eindhovens Dagblad, Nicolas Isimat-Mirin, Bart Ramselaar and Ramon Lundqvist are all allowed to leave PSV Eindhoven in January.

6:0 PSV. Sainsbury full 90 and a yellow. I'll ask on their facebook how he went. Excelsior aren't much though.

Awer Mabil grabs another assist, it moves him into the top of the assist makers in the league with 9. 5 goals, 9 assists in 14 games this season.

Theoharous wasnt going to get much game time at Victory this season, the youth here dont trust the a-league and its not a surprise they move overseas at the first move. Pasquali is a surprise given he was a regular for Jong Ajax, maybe something has happened who knows.

He might be injured, but he wouldn't play anyway. He's tumbled down the pecking order since the new manager came in. His Villa and England days appear to be all but over. He'll probably come back to the a-league after the season or maybe even in January.

I know it's only Denmark, but that's outstanding form. Surely he is destined for a bigger league. He's team is going to get a nice return on investment you would think.

Some of those assists have not been easy either. Some of em have been quite Kewell like
