+x+xNot saying go left or right, go BIG. Do what Trump does, talk about BIG concerns like economy, jobs, immigration, national security, trade, industry, commerce, defence, infrastructure rather than the trendy, fashionable, touchy feely issues that bring warmth to our hearts like windmills, solar panels, transgender quotes and gay weddings.Trump opposes abortion and hates climate change yet has unified all factions of his party by focusing on real issues. He hasn't unified his party lol. He's done the opposite. The "Moderate" Republicans don't like him at all. This lol, all people need is the troops on the border to open fire and he'd be up for impeachment lol -PB

If you bothered to look at the statistics you would see about 90% of registered Republican voters APPROVE of Trump. That’s right, 90%! So where are all these “moderates” who are are apparently jumping ship because they don’t like Trump? The again why bother looking at the statistics when you can derive your understanding from fact machines such as CNN and the Guardian?

These are the issues that vast majority of serious voters are most concerned with.

Yeah I hate how politics is all about the tiny useless issues now that all seem to be pandering to people who would cry to mummy about a scrape on their knee.
I mean, don’t get me wrong, I support gay marriage and equality, but not in a sense where it’s shoved down our throats and made as if to be “if you’re not gay, you’re not normal.”
Case in point: big deal made this weekend about some traffic lights here in Canberra that got changed so the little green and red man for pedestrians got turned to I can’t remember if it was gay couples, or transgender or something, but it cost the ACT government $50k or something.
End rant

If you are a middle aged white male, let's see if they want you to have the very same equality.
They are talking about identity politics these days - dividing society into little sections and your rights are dependent on what they identify you as.
Let's see the equality as a man that is going through a divorce in the family courts trying to get access to see his kids against a now hostile former partner who might even accuse you as being abusive and a bad father. As a male, you have no hope in hell. You are already guilty.

The biggest problem with identity politics is that somehow there is this thing called the patriarchy where power apparently “trickles down” to be all men leading to the oppression and subjugation of women. In fact the opposite is true, women have more rights than men across almost every area of society. They receive more funding for health issues, they receive lesser sentences for crimes, they receive more support for homelessness and mental health, they earn more until the age of 30, they live about 7 years longer, they suicide less, they they have their own representation in parliament, they are more likely to be given custody of children, they have their own gyms and office spaces, they graduate at a higher rate and with better grades than boys. But we never hear about the “education gap” or the “criminal sentence” gap, we only ever hear about the dreaded wage gap, and how there’s not enough women in powerful positions on boards and in government.
At some point socialists figured out they could take this crude strategy of commandeering the female vote to the left side of politics, and cookie cut for other identity types such as race, homosexuality, religion etc, to further divide from the mainstream and orient them to the left side of politics. This rot has taken gold in schools, media, military, unions, corporations, even childcare centres are being targeted. What’s most concerning is that lack of strong voices condemning and exposing this voter and societal fraud, and providing a balanced analysis of these issues. It seems if you challenge the existences of a discriminatory wage gap or try to introduce other issues then you are jumpers on by the commentariat as a misogynist, sexist and extremist and you have no chance of a fair hearing.
Identity politics is poison and it’s consequences of manufacturing policies to facilitate equality just provides these identity groups with unequal rights and power.

"So what you're saying is that life isn't fair?" - Bill Burr Every single human being is one of two things, 1) a undeniable c*nt - self-serving, solipsistic, narcissistic and only interested in convenient issues/objects OR 2) a polite, well-reasoned yet quietly desperate person who is deep down unhappy at their place in society and in general how society functions. Gender is irrelevant IMO. I've met just as many pricks who had pricks than ones who didn't. No-one wins in an unequal world. I don't mean 'unequal' in a virtue signalling, leftist or Marxist context. I mean generally it as a human context. We are half rational/half irrational beings and our society reflects this. It is rather misanthropic of me but I believe the very existence of the state and the practice of law is evidence of our inherent imperfection. If we were perfect we would have no need for either. Throughout history there is one constant: human beings will take advantage of one another whenever conveniently possible. The recent improvement of female status in modern society reflects this. Any subsection of humanity that gains influence and power where it was previously limited or non-existent will act in the same way their apparent suppressors had done. To believe otherwise is naive and idealistic. As a man with no intention of parenting or marriage I recommend liquor, good music, a good book every now and then, some football and escorts.
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

This is absolutely correct. The sad thing is this. The LNP had a great opportunity to give voice to that which is so "unpallatable" to the twitter and social media commenteriat, but sadly lack the intestinal fortitude. This is what Trump did in the USA and he is now the POTUS. Right now there are millions without a voice and what is interesting is the fact that the majority of women agree with everything you have written which is why they would vote for people like Trump. The feminists and te commentariat are a minority, but a very loud and well organised minority.

I would like to complain about something but as a straight, white male I was teleported to the very top in life purely on account of my gender and skin colour. We should believe everything women and POC tell us because they are incapable of lying or desiring power for personal gain, which are both inventions of the white male patriarchy.
There are only two intellectually honest debate tactics: (a) pointing out errors or omissions in your opponent’s facts, or (b) pointing out errors or omissions in your opponent’s logic. All other debate tactics are intellectually dishonest - John T. Reed

Well, I've had unfortunate things happen to me, circumstances beyond my control and hardships. But I won't identify myself as a victim, because that's a losing game. The only thing I'd complain about is that (automatically because of skin colour and sex) some people assume I've had a life on easy-street.
