Behich & Sains might find it difficult to break into that starting XI now.

Confirmed: Juric is alive, starting against Xamax Smith started for Seattle in a preseason game
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xBehich & Sains might find it difficult to break into that starting XI now. PSV of course wanted solid depth for their campaign. It's extremely frustrating as they're now in the cycle of low minutes, poor cameo performances and ultimately a lack of confidence and form. Their extended post WC break and the solid form of their competition has kept them out. They've down themselves no favours stuffing up their opportunities which result from that cycle. Sainsbury did quite well against Inter but for that moment in losing Icardi. He's a top striker and gets away from the best of defenders. Such a moment tarnished Sainsbury however. I suspect Angelino will stay at PSV or be sold on by City somewhere. Schwaab may give Germany another crack while Viergever will be staying put.

Makes you wonder when a team has depth like PSV, whether talent will shine through eventually in training, for those players who are just genuinely talented. For example, a guy like Trent Sainsbury who has height and is quite physical , a presence in defense. If he just eventually will get the nod ahead of those who have lesser talent. He is a solid CB when in form, just makes a person wonder if he'd just pop up in that starting XI anyway. The only thing that seems to hold Sains back is his brain fades occasionally on the ball or when heading back towards his keeper. But no defender should be having those moments. It something that has only crept into his game recently, and he should get rid of ASAP.

Utrecht lead 1:0. Luzern down 2:0. Groningen won at the death but Hrustic didn't get off the bench.

It's uncanny that Rashica, Jovic and Rebic, all of the same heritage as Rogic, play exactly as I'd dream and expect of Rogic to play in the bundesliga. Similar styles. Add Duda from Hertha too. Definitely not identical but there are a number of similarities while watching these players.

How much does it suck Maclaren went home and Borello got injured. Arzani, Rogic out. Could be watching multiple AA games , yet struggling to find one.

Sinclair buried a hatrick against StJohnstone. Surprised press never asked BR about Rogic. Nothing.

+xUtrecht up to PSV 1-0 , mad. Not that it needs to be said but Sains and Behich are both on the bench. Too late to get them moved on in the European winter window but that summer window can't come far enough. Back to square one in Europe or cash in in Asia. Arnie will start Sains, either way, Behich has to at least compete with Gersbach.

Make that 2-0 with Angelino getting skinned for that one. MVB furious with the refs, must have thought foul before that counter. Utrecht have dealt well with Lozano so far. Pretty much all the attack

+x2:0 Utrecht. Curious how the PSV defence is going. Not well enough to give someone from outside of the Football Master Race a go, it seems. Meanwhile, Chelsea are 4-0 down to Man City after 25 minutes lol.

Yeah for Behich I think this move dead ended pretty fast. I'm sure he would have had a 'if it doesn't go well then I can always...' plan. Behich to Western Melbourne & Associates

Absolutely nothing and kind of my point in the end I guess. The team just won 5-0 against 6th place team. However, yeah if they didn't I'm guessing they would be

How I miss Behich getting all those Bursaspor minutes. Sainsbury hanging at Grasshoppers doesn't sound that bad now.

For those interested in Noah's progress: Still in the midst of the indoor season but today the boys head back outside to the training fields. Not going to be fun in the evening as snow is still laying around and it's freezing cold. Noah has been selected to play against VfB Unterliederbach on Sunday their first outdoor game of the new year. The boys beat Crystal Palace over the weekend 3-1 so they were pretty happy. Some highlights are in the youtube video below. Noah's trainer is a huge fan of Marc-André ter Stegen so he is helping Noah develop his footwork. Currently Noah isn't allowed to kick long balls. Most play has to be done with his feet from the back. I've seen a big improvement in the last few months. Anyway below are some indoor highlights against teams like Eintracht Frankfurt,Darmstadt 98,1. FC Köln,Karlsruher SC,Crystal Palace FC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COIob6_0fNo

Irvine starting vs Williams on bench. Wright bench vs Luongo starting. No Meredith. Is Meredith injured? He's also been out of favour.

Massive last minute win for Bristol to be in 5th. Hull blew a 2 goal lead and are 7 points from the playoff spots. 0:0 for Millwall keeping them down in the relegation battle.
