No Kruse in the squad for Bochum, but South Korean international Chung-Yong Lee started and scored the winner.

Ryan starting in the apparent 'weird' derby vs Palace as some call it.
Langerak wins 3:2 with a late Nagoya winner. They're 1st place. Ange on tomorrow.
Ryan Williams on the bench for the early game.
Lots of action coming up. Sainsbury, Behich and Gersbach facing off but the two former are probably benched and I'm not sure about Gersbach's fitness.

Knockaert should've been sent off after 15 seconds.

How has Ryan become so bad at distributing the ball. It was his speciality at one point

Ryan concedes a penalty. 1:1.
No Leckie. He must be hurt because Selke and Lozaro are injured.

+x+x90 for Amini, D. McGowan unused Hrustic unused 90 for Holland, having another good season
Jeggo out with a calf injury Kalik wasn't in the squad Underutilised in the national team in my opinion. Far too many other players have been given more chances on less club form/game time. He is shit and was shit every time he was given a chance. At one point he was so bad(when given a chance with Socceroos) it was embarrassing.

He's got plenty of match time but I've always found him absolutely painful to watch. The games against Oman 2:2, France 6:0 and South Africa 1:1 were evidence of his poor skills.

Like Bozanic and Valeri , never really had any good performances. At least Culina and Grella actually did a job consistently no matter what the opposition.

I guess Valeri did a lot of work in the middle but there wasn't anything that stood out. It was especially hard after having Culina and Grella doing so well for so long. Looking back Holger was an absolute clown with his selections.

Plus Lennon being thpically british manager likes tricky fasr wingers and solid ball winning centre mids. Its a player like rogic that lennon cant really wrap his head around tactically although rogic is so much of a figure at celtic that theres no way he wouldnt plat him

Lennon knows how to use players like Rogic. Tactically, Lennon is very, very sound.

Brad Smith full 90 minutes for Seattle who got a 2-0 win
Also interesting that MLS have player salary publically available
Quick google search shows that he is earning $564,364.67 per season. That would be marquee Wage here in the A league for some clubs

Oh please. Rogic was out injured for most of the time. As for Brattan, what did Lennon do to him?? With regards to Maclaren... What did Lennon single out Maclaren for?? I know he had called out (publicly) the whole team on their lack of consistency (especially against the weaker teams), but personally singling out Maclaren I don't remember. As for "string of failures", what were those, Bolton?? His time at Hibs wasn't a "failure", far from it.

His time at Hibs wasn't a "failure", far from it. you're only defending him because he's the celtic coach. you only need to flick through this very thread to see the frustrations of aus fans with players under his management string of failures is a bit harsh but both jobs ended in misery

Taggart came off the bench in a 4-0 loss against Jeonbuk. Bernie Ibini didn't make the bench.
Jovanovic started against Daegu in a 2-0 loss.
Nabbout started against Matsumoto in a 1-0 win.
Langerak played in a 3-2 win against Gamba. Nagoya are top of the league, last season they were in a relegation scrap.

Fuck this... where's Rogic now? Arzani won't be playing for atleast 9 months more, so he has plenty of time to mull over his future. Rodgers doesn't like Rogic yet he was easily his best player @ Celtic.? Dunno, there is some inconsistencies with all this nonsense. However, we know Jmac is a cry baby. Runs home at first opportunity. I don't care if he plays in the A-League I'm completely fine with that. Problem with Jmac is he is so one dimensional, he thinks by blocking out all the negativity , that somehow works in his favour ffs. DUDE, you can't dribble to save your life, can't beat defenders, can't shoot with your other foot and can't create a shot from nothing. I severely doubt your passing is that great either, unless its in a str8 line to someone. Speed, quickness and ability to poach tap ins. Don't see much of an international career in that sorry. Must be one of these players at every club in Europe.
