+x+x+xIf foz is ruled out cogger & lewis J m king & lewis new brown & lewis Marki & steves wr d man 2018 & villi lol I would start with JMK & Lewis with Lichaa at hooker and Cogger on the bench. Bring Cogger on after 20 mins or so. That way we try 2 options.... Move Nu Brown to the halves in reserve grade and see what he can do there.... If this doesn't make the Storm complacent, nothing will No no no no no...you often say things like this... And every time I say no point in weakening 1 spot, or two with that suggestion... JMK must stay at 9, he's just finding his feet, timing, and combos in that spot as a starter and has done damned pretty well... Cogger is a great little organising half with a cracking kicking game and probably just what Harry needs next to him... Sure it will be a baptism of fire in melb against melb, and coggers D seriously tested, but any move that would see lichaa back in the starting pack is the wrong one short and long term... Lol at complacent... :) You've turned into an LOL man...have you been sniffing glue again...to work it has to be stronger than Perkins Paste

Lol at complacent... :) Your just angry because Okunbor has stolen your hair... :) I would prefer Cogger to start, but we know his D is suspect, and we know the Storm will target him...... A key young player like that who is hopefully a big part of the club in future, throwing him in at the deep end is a risk, especially when the only other 2 viable candidates are out injured. OK he has played NRL for Newcastle before, that is one reason why we know his defence is suspect. We do at least have more good options in the halves this season, Cogger isn't the only roll of the dice, but it would be great to roll a 6.

Talking out of school is a common theme amongst never was, never will be players... Fafita probably the exception to the rule...

Everyone is after a Ponga. The hard part is finding him, enticing him to a struggling club and paying for him.

It was tremendous business from the Knights to sign Ponga on a long term deal for the price they paid.
I think towards the back end of his deal, it’s only worth about $650k which is 2 or 3rs away.

Dean Pay was very impressive on NRL 360. Good to have a coach that can speak well and not live in the fantasy world of over paying and back ending contracts.

Bulldogs are signing a deal with the Greater Northern Region to add to the North Coast deal. The board are doing everything in their power to build from the ground up so we will have depth for years to come.

+xBulldogs are signing a deal with the Greater Northern Region to add to the North Coast deal. The board are doing everything in their power to build from the ground up so we will have depth for years to come. Great to see. Unless they are the Roosters, no club can afford to buy a premiership team. Unless they are the Broncos, no team has an abundance of local junior talent. Clubs like us need to do well in all areas, and develop most of our talent at the club. I'm hoping for a good performance against the Storm, as I would like the critics to cut Pay and the board some slack. If the game is decided on class, speed, size, game management and ref management, the Storm will win easily. If the game flows and becomes about fitness and desire, there is a good chance we want it more than they do. My concern is Cogger might be targeted and we might leak early tries, the longer we can make the game a contest, the more chance we will have.

Pay is clearly working on a better formula with regards to interchange.... both Jackson & Napa got longer minutes last week while Elliott came on & added plenty of punch
Ogden got few minutes, but that may change against the Storm.

I don't believe we are a team that can come back from a deficit of more than 2 converted tries. So on that note, its vitally important that we score first or early and lead the game or stay in it.
