Well he is far more clever than anyone I have seen go up against him. Why?

because he is very attentive to every single word of any question put to him. He digests it, thinks about it for a little and then he answers in a very precise fashion. He never flies off the handle and is very careful about how he answers and what he says.

Q&A was a good example. he wiped the floor and put everyone in their rightful place.

Agreed. He was on another level on the Q&A panel, but in truth it isn't that hard to be on another level on that show.

@RobFor someone who’s developed an entire cult of personality around fighting the “post-modern neo-marxists” (which is a literal contradiction in terms), it was pretty damning when he admitted that the only Marxist thought he’s read was the Communist manifesto. Zizek made him look like the fraud he is during their debate, I encourage you to watch it.

Yeh what was so funny was when Butler tried to put words in his mouth.

He destroyed her for that, and no one dared to do the same after that. lol

Mohamed Noor gets a hefty sentence, justice is served.

Does expose a bit of a hypocritical aspect to the MPD, tried to close ranks during the case, and while expose divisions in the communities where there have been other cases where the ethnicities are reversed, and the judgement nowhere near as strong.

I certainly dont consider myself an avid fan of Jordan Peterson (his neo-marxist rants are beyond cringeworthy) but if anybody is stupid it's the throng of 1st year arts students, fresh from obtaining a credit in 'introduction to gender studies', who constantly go up against him in shows like Q&A and get torn to pieces.

Completely justified uproar. Have no doubt that he's guilty, but considering some of the ridiculous shit you hear police getting away with in America, it's surprising to see someone actually punished until you realise that they're a minority.

Yeah we were just talking about this at work.  The police over there (don't mention the Victorian police for a minute) can pump 40 plus shots into a suspect and walk away with a self defence or justifiable force verdict.  Incredible.

Still pissed at that poor autistic girl that got shot in Australia outside the 7-11 who was holding a knife a while back.  From the police pulling up to shooting her dead took something like 40 seconds.  The poor thing.

Its hard to argue with that.

Its a shame that this poor woman's family are going to be dragged into the wider debate that has nothing to do with them.

Yes the poor family. They don't  deserve to be dragged into this debate. Which sadly will keep on going on since a lot of minorities get killed by police. Hell their was a rapper who got killed two weeks ago.  Police said he pulled a gun . Which he couldn't of. As cameras show him actually asleep in his car.

Its not this decision. Noor is clearly guilty and justice has been served. Its the inconsistency with prosecutors regarding many black deaths by police.

I'm not saying he is innocent, I'm talking about the inconsistencies. Plenty before Noor have been guilty as, many with footage proving the police officer was guilty, and yet they got away with it.
I don't think this is just a case of judges having different opinions, or anything like that. It's all deliberate to cause a divide.

No he wasn't.

Watch the video again. he woke up and started waving the gun he was holding. You can hear the frantic police freaking out and they released the body cam footage.

Watch from 7 minutes onwards. I am not making it up.

I just watched it. That's shocking policing regardless of the man having a gun, and not being sleeping. They pretty much waited for him to wake up, then were surprised he reached for his gun in the middle of the night after waking up to see guns drawn on him, and torches pointing straight into his eyes.
Useless cops. The door is open and the man is in a deep sleep, open the door grab the gun, whole the other cops grab the criminal.

he had to wake up at some point.

He was in the car and they were discussing whether they should open the door - but were scared that this will startle him and freak him out enough to react with the gun that was in his lap.

How else could they handle it? You got to remember that as a police officer, you are doing a job. Pay isn't good enough to deal with this either. You at the end of the day want to go home to loved ones. This guy with a gun in his lap, in a car, was a potentially volatile situation which risks their safety to say the least.

I understand they could open the door, but what happens if he quickly grabs the gun and fires the shot he had in the magazine?

Also, I have been to the US a few times. I love the place. But as an officer, you basically make an assumption that everyone is concealing a gun because let's face it, there is no gun control whatsoever. Guns are everywhere. Shootings occur every day. It's basically out of control.

Even a routine traffic stop has potential to be dangerous in the USA. Like Russian Roulette.

It's fascinating stuff.  From what I understand Mueller couldn't indict the president because there's laws around that when they're sitting so instead he set out an extremely clear road map for congress to impeach him instead.

I was listening to a law professor this morning saying that Barr has basically been acting as a defense attorney instead of the attorney general and he'll be very lucky if he doesn't have to resign and be disbarred for good measure.  I mean the report clearly outlines 10 times Trump tried to obstruct justice.  10 times and yet Barr went out of his way to put a positive spin in his 4 page summary.

There's loads more to this.

Forget MAFS, this is the best reality show on the planet.

They are all just clasping desperately for any straw man the can get their hands on.

The anti Trump elements have been trying to prosecute Trump since day 1. It really is a shame because he did no wrong other than be elected.
