Believe me they are pretty stupid, and they are only getting worse year by year.
I hope you're right, but if I were you, I wouldn't be too confident there's more smart people out there compared with the dumb.

We know that because the Liberals won the last election.

The home buyer still needs to pay it back.

Why would the Government pay for it? And gee, where is that money coming from. the Government is only going to Guarantee home buyers to get them into the market.

I never said they were paying for it?

But they will pay for it if they default lol.

The tax has been paid by the company in terms of the 30% company tax rate on profits.

But let's say the dividend recipient is a low income earner, then they should only pay the amount pertaining to their relevant bracket.

Doesn't mean that no tax will be paid, but that low income earners will get some back.

Then they're assessable income will be down to 0, and they will pay 0 tax.

Yeh you are right.

All we need to do is read some people's posts here to ascertain that people are indeed stupid.

I am quietly confident because Labor have some very safe seats so they lose a lot of dead votes.

The Libs will lose 2 to 3 seats in Victoria but look like they will gain seats in NSW and Queensland. They will also gain a seat in the NT.

I also believe there is going to be a bit of a Trump affect where the polls are incorrect. People are being careful because of the tox Neo fascist Lefties and their stupid aggressive behavior and trouble-making like making graffiti, and putting poop on Abbots front door and other childish behaviors. It's always the neo fascist Lefties that cause a lot of trouble.

Imagine being so dim, that you think fascists are left wing lmfao.

No that is what they are.

Neo fascists Lefties want to remove and water down democracy (what else is new?), control what we think and say, want to turn us into a Nanny State, de-platform opposing forces on social media, and play identity (victim) politics. They also have a hidden agenda to ban Christianity, and want to remove automatic gender assignment at birth. I mean you literally can't get anymore nuts than that!

You see, you do not know the real issues at play here.

Please please, try and be better informed!

Imagine being so dim, that you think fascists are left wing lmfao.

Imagine thinking that fascism has no historical and ideological basis in left-wing thinking. The Nazis were national socialists, Mussolini was a socialist, The Bolsheviks were a right-wing militant group steeped in totalitarian leftist thinking.

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

They’re were a few socialists in the Nazi Party but the party wasn’t socialist or left wing after Hitler took over the party’s leadership. Hitler was vehemently anti-communist.

Mussolini did have left wing fiscal policy though.

The Bolskeviks weren’t right wing, they were left wing.

However, Mouflonrouge’s claim that all fascists and fascism itself is left wing is absolutely stupid.

However, Mouflonrouge’s claim that all fascists and fascism itself is left wing is absolutely stupid.

fascism is fully entrenched in Left Wing politics. It always was the case throughout history. For example:

1) The NAZI Party in Germany was fully Socialist Democrat,
2) Mussolini
3) Communism and the Bolsheviks

Hitler was a staunch Socialist, and unionist. He is the person credited with fully unionizing the German people.

The Alt Right worshiping Hitler and NAZISm are just as dim and poorly educated as you are. This has all been misconstrued.

In Australia, the Liberals actually believe in small Government and liberal ideals revolving around the individuals and their rights as opposed to ALP that believe in the collective rights of identified social groups over other groups (dangerous thinking) and this does indeed border towards fascism.

The ALP are a lot closer to Fascism on ideological grounds than most people seem to think as opposed to the Liberals which want deregulation and a free society.

Fascism has no place in the Liberal Party. yes they are conservative, meaning they believe in traditional family values (a good thing), but that does not make them fascist in the slightes. Fascism is not a bad bed fellow to Left Wing politics. Let's look at all the examples:

1) Stalin
2) Pol Pot
3) North Korea's Supreme Leader
4) Venezuela
5) Fidel Castro

Can you see the parallels with fascism now?

It isn't true to say that the Right Wing is closer to fascism. Throughout history, we see the opposite. It is the Left that is closer to Fascism and we see it time and time again. We see it in the ALP too with their social engineering and anti family values.

With a couple of days to go, I'm reasonably comfortable that Shit Lite is going to form government.  That happening and Dutton getting booted is the bare minimum for me to be satisfied.

You cant compare a couple of dodgy humanitarian entrants with the 1,500 asylum seekers Labor and the Greens murdered last time they were in office.  By the way it was a deal the Malcolm and Obama brokered, and everyone knows what an impotent soft cock MT was.  Now that we have adults controlling our borders there's extremely tight restrictions on who can be resettled, and the best part is the boat deaths have stopped, meaning lives have been saved.  When Labor and the Greens get back in the and the deaths will start up again, the left will be dancing on the watery graves of asylum seekers while signalling their virtue about how compassionate and moral their policies are.

You could easily argue the two were wrongfully convicted of a crime they did not commit.
This is basically why no charges have been laid, so I don't see the big point here.

First of all they were only accused, not sentenced or proven to be murderers so we don't get what point the media are making. If they have not been convicted then an argument can be presented that they were not murderers. They are innocent till proven otherwise.

Secondly, this is nowhere near "the shit-fuckery" of letting refugees drown at sea in their thousands and pretend we are being humane.

This is the worst Liberal gov't in living memory.  Thoroughly unlikable MP's and Labor should be smashing them.

Latest poll is 51-49 Labor.  As far as Labor is concerned that is just awful.

But it tells us just how divisive Shorten and Bowen and their Leftist Socialist entourage and policies really are.

Labor is not a party that will rule for Australians.  It is a party that thrives on the politics of envy, class warfare, division as it turns young against old, low income against middle income, and its a party that does so with Orwellian double speak (keeping tax paid when none is due is "closing a loop hole" and not theft that it is, keepign more of your own money is "welfare", funding your old age makes you a welfare dependent but sucking of the pension is a virtue), misinformation (ala imputation) and even outright lies, by exploiting the political and financial illiteracy of the masses that vote for them

But you know what?

I hope Labor wins.

The stupid Left many of whom have never known real economic hardship need to live it.

No good telling them about it-people who only ever known good times don't know how good they have it until they get fucked over..  Its been that long since we had a "recession we had to have" its just something they read about once, somewhere.  That fascism and its first cousins socialism and communism weren't that bad, and anyway, they weren't the real deal so THIS time it will be different.

We live in interesting times.

I was born during Hawke's tenure but have never really read up on his work. Objectively, what were his feats and failures? Many seem to have fonder memories of him and the country seemed quite united back in those days. Happy to read anecdotes.
