For those who cannot pass, cannot shield the ball, cannot hold the ball and don’t know how to direct play - Brillante’s selection gives hope. If the world cup was next year then he would be a good option but the extra two years is probably too big a step to expect him to be still the same player. It would be great if he did play for the Socceroos but I just do not see it happening. 

Yep agree, with the WC still 3 years away it makes sense to look at younger players in those DM positions.

Yep good shout, it’s likely he was advised to rehab the injury in the offseason. 

He is better than League One and I do not know why he decided to go there.

I didn't say that Arnie released Timotheou from Sydney because he had a grudge against him. That's what you accused me of in this thread.
