Nothing like living of your past eh.......especially not having a win in 7games to date last on the league ladder. Now I get why the stadium wasn't full. LOL looking at their games played this season (incl Cup games) they have received 7 red cards to date haha..... Maybe all the hand of god impersonations are being pinged. Love to see Diego's footage over those happenings. Shame he lets himself go.........

Away fans are still banned from attending at some stadiums. This match was in a 57,000 capacity stadium, hundreds of kilometres away from La Plata.

Look being in any of the additional comps such as CL/Europa etc puts strain on every club from top flight and those qualifying 4th - 6th/7th into Europa. Add in Everton/Foxs and Pool over the years. Obviously the Clubs that have kept qualifying are used to it, money and depth both major keys and we keep seeing many of the regulars But the ones who finally do break their ice making it it sure is a struggle. Wolves problem is no diff to when Leicester won the league and thrown in CL. I don't think its too much football effecting your league form per say its having depth/virtually 2 squads to handle it.

Got to say RBSalzburg got my eye the way they came back against us this week. Played some really good football with alot of skill/pace amongst them, avg age is 23.7, alot of future if they can hold onto them all for the next year or 2.

Brighton played so well knocking off Spurs. Mooy looked really good 90mins and Ryan most of the game didn't have much to do but late in the game pulled off 2-3 good saves and his distribution was better than usual imo. Wow that young Maddison put a good one in against us.

and another 19yr old got the limelight in the Toons win over United. Longstaff played really well and after having a cracker volley hit the cross bar 1st half nails a pile driver 2nd half for their win. and Wolves got their 2nd win finally against the Citizens - Thankyou :)

It was very surprising and spectacular. With pleasure I will watch this event online here https://fscore.net/ , if you do not get to visit the stadium or just watch the match with friends at home. I support your idea.

and how good is Roger's Fox's going eh ? 9 bloody nil win in the top flight, no matter who your playing scoring like this is damn rare. Admittedly they were playing against 10men from the 10th min but normally playing a man down its harder, obviously not this game. Matched record score in the top flight going back to united's 9zip vsing Ipswich in 1995.

Talk about young up and comers ! Both squads had plenty and what a game to watch, great when your coming from behind down 1-3 - oh what a feeling. Curtis Jones @ 18yrs last pen for the win what pressure. Gooners young striker Martinelli a brace and looks the goods but not alone, impressive young gooners as well.

Not sure why you say that - boring ? Results were not the norm for some last week. Some surprise's. Also the Barca/RM stranglehold dominance isn't what it once was at this stage and well done to those clubs challenging in their groups. Its a lonnng battle/s to win the war.

Anyway you can blame UEFA for making the top 4 teams from every league in Europe eligible if you consider it boring.

I don't mind away home legs, part of the tournament but maybe I'm used to it, plus its all about $$$$$ gate takings for either club etc. There were a few new clubs this season from memory. Going back to knock out sure would change the dynamics - roulette, I wouldn't mind it in saying that.

Well whatever someone says there will always be counter arguments right :) Everyone has an opinion lol...... https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/uefa-europa-conference-league-third-competition-europa-champions-explainedAll I see is the clubs not qualifying for Europa gets a chance to one day, plus they gain some ticketing revenue they wouldn't have had so isn't that good for clubs making some extra coin and the supporters enjoying euro football at home.

Just watched the Libertadores final, even though I dislike both teams and didn't want either to win!
Good match. I reckon Flamengo will give Liverpool a run in the club world cup.

When you look at most of the main leagues its all pretty close - the usual suspects are hot and cold barring EPL LFC with that lead to date.
