That young tall 19yr old Halland kid subbed on 56min with Dortmund down 1-3.
3mins in scores, 70thmin scores 79min hat trick ! Dort win 5-3.
2nd time he's scored on debut.
United will be spewing this kid felt better to sign with Dortmund instead of them haha.

omg ronaldo's header

I just saw it. The guy is a freak.
The athleticism is amazing but so is the skill to make the header from that position and put it on target, and away from the keeper.

I’ve watched it about 5 times and I still can’t believe it.

he's not a likeable player for me due to his arrogance (it takes all types) but I can't deny his passion/drive/abilities and keeping keeping on.

This young Salzburg team (on top of their comp 17games undefeated) just played LFC in the CL are very impressive.
Came back from 3 down 1st round @Anfield to level 3-3 and todays game @ their home had us under the pump for 70mins.
1st half had their chances if it wasn't for Allison.
Technically very good - pace and many players to watch out for in the future.
They will give Europa a real good run I'll be watching them.

Who do you think will win the german league mate?

Good question but I'm all for anyone finally ending Bayerns reign but they are not that far behind as well.
They are 7points behind in 7th.
Love to see Dortmund but RB are the front runners in scoring, any of the top 3 right now be happy as.

When you look at most of the main leagues its all pretty close - the usual suspects are hot and cold barring EPL LFC with that lead to date.

Just watched the Libertadores final, even though I dislike both teams and didn't want either to win!

Good match. I reckon Flamengo will give Liverpool a run in the club world cup.

Me personally, I would love to see it return to being a straight knock-out competition.

The clubs are now too dependant on the money that UEFA generates from this competition for it to ever go back.

Well whatever someone says there will always be counter arguments right :)
Everyone has an opinion lol......
https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/uefa-europa-conference-league-third-competition-europa-champions-explained

All I see is the clubs not qualifying for Europa gets a chance to one day, plus they gain some ticketing revenue they wouldn't have had so isn't that good for clubs making some extra coin and the supporters enjoying euro football at home.

I don't mind away home legs, part of the tournament but maybe I'm used to it, plus its all about $$$$$ gate takings for either club etc.
There were a few new clubs this season from memory.
Going back to knock out sure would change the dynamics - roulette, I wouldn't mind it in saying that.

You can't have a knockout without a group stage.

i just find the group stage boring the same teams always qualify knockout is more interesting

You can't have a knockout without a group stage.

Anyway you can blame UEFA for making the top 4 teams from every league in Europe eligible if you consider it boring.

Not sure why you say that - boring ?
Results were not the norm for some last week.
Some surprise's.
Also the Barca/RM stranglehold dominance isn't what it once was at this stage and well done to those clubs challenging in their groups.
Its a lonnng battle/s to win the war.

Talk about young up and comers !
Both squads had plenty and what a game to watch, great when your coming from behind down 1-3 - oh what a feeling.
Curtis Jones @ 18yrs last pen for the win what pressure.
Gooners young striker Martinelli a brace and looks the goods but not alone, impressive young gooners as well.

and how good is Roger's Fox's going eh ? 9 bloody nil win in the top flight, no matter who your playing scoring like this is damn rare.
Admittedly they were playing against 10men from the 10th min but normally playing a man down its harder, obviously not this game.
Matched record score in the top flight going back to united's 9zip vsing Ipswich in 1995.

It was very surprising and spectacular. With pleasure I will watch this event online here https://fscore.net/ , if you do not get to visit the stadium or just watch the match with friends at home. I support your idea.

and another 19yr old got the limelight in the Toons win over United.
Longstaff played really well and after having a cracker volley hit the cross bar 1st half nails a pile driver 2nd half for their win.

and Wolves got their 2nd win finally against the Citizens - Thankyou :)

yeah pretty happy reading the results in the morning :)
