Cards are falling his way so far.
Ange certainly seems to be in his element as a club coach, one where he spends every day with his players. Coaching a national team is a complete unique kettle of fish.

0-3 now
Tokyo have equalised, if Urawa can hang on for the draw I think at worst Ange has it won on goal difference.

Just woke up and check phone only for Tokyo to score. Still a 3 point gap and 7 goals more for Yokohama.

Yokohama will have to lose by about 7 goals next week to lose the title if things stay as they are

Yes a 7 goal advantage but it’s like a double point as when Tokyo FC score, not only do they gain 1 goal difference, Yokohama lose one.
So Tokyo would need to beat Ange 4-0.
Ange is the home team.
Epic.

That makes sense lol.
yokohama always score, would be a miraculous result if it turned. Tokyo would be thinking they need to score 5-6.

Anything can happen in football but YFM losing by four goals would be a major shitting of their pants!

Congrats Ange. The final game is essentially a formality as they're not going to lose by 4 goals (in fact I doubt they'll lose at all).

I really hope that they step up next week and finish with a strong win. It would be a great demonstration of being able to finish the job and not take a result for granted, and excellent control over the teams discipline.

Congrats Ange! Now the home game can basically be a trophy party, unless they lose by four lol

Tokyo will undoubtedly attack so hopefully Yokohama can counter and score.

Good result. Always best to win these things in front of your home fans rather than opposition.
