Got all my fingers and toes crossed Arzani gets some minutes and plays well, with confidence and has some luck! But Celtic made an early substitution after eight minutes so this might affect the manager’s tactics.

1 sub left for Celtic and they're up 2:0. Their new striker subbed on for debut.

Arzani made a wee cameo at the end. Got himself a few minutes.

SPL isn't the greatest place for technical players. But it was a little weird of people to complain about him not playing when he had an acl....

Hrustic missed a penalty. Hit the post.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Goals for both Ruka and Sains in a 4-0 Israeli league win against ten men from the 18th minute.
23rd minute red card for Luongo partly to blame for a 0-5 loss to Blackburn.
Ryan Williams 56th minute sub on for Portsmouth in a 0-1 win at Bolton.
Milligan man of the match on my app in a 1-2 away win at Accrington.
81st minute sub on for McGilp in a 2-0 loss for Swindon, still top of League Two though. Lyden missing out with a red card suspension.

+x+x+x+x+xLooks like Davidson is playing at DM in a preseason match. LW in the second half. hark back to his early days in holland where he played those positions circa 2013. Thought he was going to kick on to being in a top 5 league back then He did play in the EPL, but yeah barely. yep exactly. Never made it there when i always thought he would. i think he just lacks express pace to play as a fullback at the highest level. If he was a yard or 2 quicker i think that would be the difference Maybe his constant inability to hold an offside line hurt his chances. Pace or no pace means little if there’s vacant space between the ears. Sadly he has well off the pace last night and his terrible turnover cost a goal and 2 points

Davidson looked like a future epl player but is hopeless at the offside trap :(
shame he never improved in that regard

+xSPL isn't the greatest place for technical players. But it was a little weird of people to complain about him not playing when he had an acl.... MOST understood/accepted his injury situation, and what sort of time frame it takes to recover. Just the odd person here and there who either, couldn't understand what his injury situation was, and how long it takes to recover from an ACL injury (no matter how many people and times it gets repeated). Or those who like to winge for the sake of a having a winge 🙁 Anyways, here's hoping Arzani kicks on and sets the league alight, and helps the Bhoys to a ninth straight League title 😊

It's hard for Arzani coming on so late in a game that was flat from the start, 2-0 up and the rest of the team basically just running the clock down. However it's what he is going to have to do well if he wants to make a good impression.
If anything that game highlighted how terrible Scottish football is in 90% of matches, particularly watching it immediately after the U23 match. It doesn't matter if Celtic are full of decent players, if the other team turn it into a scrappy affair then that's what it ends up as. On a positive though, it certainly gives Arzani a bit of a "welcome back to football" physicality that they no doubt try and avoid in training, because he is going to need to up his intensity a bit - especially if he is going to keep trying knocking the ball around a defender and expecting to get to the ball first.

Coming back from an ACL is extremely touch and go, with each different case. Some are back in 7- 9 months others two whole years. Just glad he's back playing. All the Neil Lennon conspiracy theories thrown around by some on this forum were truly hilarious. At the end of the day it's the players who persuade the coaches to play them, luckily Daniel gave Lennon no choice, also credit to Rogic for playing a good game, even though it was Partick in the cup.

Frustrating that Grealish beat Ryan to equalise. Swift shot and it was Ryan's height. Mooy had a decent chance early on and should've volleyed it first time. He trapped it and put it back across into the box.

Leckie not in squad. Köpke, Esswein and Wolf are in the bench and fit. Dilrosun has impressed and starts.
Leckie really needs an immediate move. A loan for 6 months would be fine for starters.

Some reports that Leckie has a bug. New signing Löwen left Hertha on loan in search of match time.

Boyle, Lambert, Carter starting Boyle with a nice shot well outside the box, slots into the bottom corner. Way too much time and space. Hibs 2-1.

Interesting to see Declan Lambert's twin brother Ryan also at Den Bosch, who also got some Eerste Divisie minutes earlier in the season.
