spoke to Adelaide united today. Am organising 50 tickets for adelaide supporters for the perth game. Anyone interested and are definate about going I will discuss in the next couple of months as I am happy to give you the ticket before flying out to Perth for round one. We hopefully can get 50 plus people from the Red army or adelaide supporters in general etc. Its embarrasing sometimes when Glory supporters come to hindmarsh in big numbers. We should return the favour.

Let me know if your interesting in a ticket for the Perth game in Perth round one.

Sounds like a fantastic gesture Timmo.

Well our mob walloped White City on the weekend and Cristiano did manage a consolation, but against a Premier League defence an A-League striker should have caused havoc - not impressed with him , too slow now.
DaSilva ( sp ) of City is much better IMO

What is his service like though? I am impressed he scored again quite frankly, but agree that da Silva(?) is more impressive at this time.

Vidosic? Wow that would be well handy! Are you onto something here or just being naughty?

I heard somewhere on the forums that the Reds released a Press Release about an imminent signing. It wasn't the actual signing, just saying there would be an announcement today. Anyone have this at all? And has the press conference occurred? All this seems to be linked back to Val's tweet. Maybe Val's twitter account has been hacked like Fox's in the US :)

God I need this pre-season to be over!!!

Can Vidosic play as an Attacking Mid? As he has played as a winger I wonder will Slory go back to a left-sided mid? Or will Ramsey be fighting for a start again? I hope not as I really like his speed and passion.
We really need a replacement for Marcos to supply those mouth-watering through balls , but Caravella may surprise us all.

In answer General WC have a Brasilian named Vitor Riberio who is an AM/striker and he was regularly scoring for them but WC could do with a ball winning thru ball man in their midfield to supply Cristiano - but he still waddles around like a duck and just isn't good enough IMO.

I'm happy with Vidosic. Speed and a bit of skill, mixed with midfield versatility. I think we're seeing a trend here in regards to the latter.

Season ticket renewed although I had problems going through Ticketek online. I entered my password several times and wouldn't let me put through. in the end had to just ring ticketek.

All set for the A-League and hopefully club membership won't be to far away.

I renewed my membership this morning online. No hassles at all. I found that I could actually purchase from 7am as the system was already up and running - I didn't dare put my renewal through in case something happened though.

I think at the time I forgot to put adu and then the number or I completely forgot my password from last year. Oh well all set now for A-league. Only under 9 weeks before the pre-season game against Gold Coast United.

I am seeing how many I can get to sign up with me as season ticket holders for this season, so far myself, my dad and my next door neighbours son. My wife doesn't want me to get a family ticket which is annoying so I have to do the sums to show her it is still worth it. One of my mates is weighing up finances to see if he is going to go in as well. Will have it sorted in the next 10 days.

Not a bad effort to go from just myself to between 3 and 5 season ticket holders.

Oh I also received an email from Michael Petrillo confirming that Andy Slory has indeed signed on for that optional 1 year extension he was offered when he first signed as a Guest Player last season. He has been training well so he'll definitely be a handy winger since we've lost Dodd, Leckie and Pantelis.

Awesome! Membership packages need to be released asap is a major one :) Ah so many fan perspective things that need to be said! Number 12 should be ours, new AUFC Members (as opposed to season ticket holders) should get FNS tickets, we need club rooms, Academy should have age group specific squads and play in local comps etc etc etc!

Ah! spending other peoples money ;)

far out Im going have to write a novel lols. basically I hope they have a vision of where they want the club in the next decade or 20 years etc.

Im writing a list down.

Basically my selfish motive was to have a friendly with the Portland Timbers touring here (ala similiar LA Galaxy type stuff)

I forgot what the crowd was like when we had that mid season friendly against Miami FC in 2006

Too many usernames for my tired brain to remember ( especially when I haven't used Tiketec's for a year ) so I went to Hindmarsh to renew my membership and check out seats I'd prefer.

Footballnews seems to have a few people who just like to abuse the club for their own failure to comprehend for mine, but I do like the grassroots info I get on there.

Besides GC & Victory there must be more pre-seaon games, can anyone advise?
