+xMooy subbed off at half time as rotations begin. Gotta be because of the card. He's been Brightons best..

+xLuongo and Elder starting. Dougall bench. But what caught my eye most was a Australian flag next to young Ryan Yates' name at Nottingham Forest. Most websites have him as English but I remember when Souttar was as Scottish as Haggis on every website. Interesting. https://www.transfermarkt.com/ryan-yates/profil/spieler/425902 Is he the yates from this squad https://www.socceroos.com.au/news/joeys-ready-afc-under-16-championship-qualifiers

Nice goal by Pepe. Bit too fast and high for Maty to get to. Damn.

Nope. That Ryan Yates was in Adelaide’s youth team but now plays for Adelaide Comets. The one at Forest is English came through Forest’s youth system.

Guedouzi striking Maupay at the end. Guendouzi is the epitome of an overrated, fast-tracked kid who gets found out game after game but he sells jerseys and has an image that is marketable.

Great second half. Brighton defeating Arsenal 2-1.
Maty with a very impressive game back from iso. Made quite a few smart saves, sporting an impressive iso beard no less.

+xSarpreet Singh in the Starting XI for Bayern. They’ve obviously won the league already so don’t care anymore, but still impressive none the less. Borrello on the bench against him. Watched the first 30 mins and thought he was excellent to that point. Can’t believe he’s getting game time for absolute footballing royalty. Shows he’s really progressing.

That's exactly what happened. He stood out in a poor team and as a real newbie they thought he'd only get better. He hasn't.

+xIs Alex Gersbach still playing in Belgium , can’t find much info on him atm. He's at Aarhus with Amini and Duncan. He's hardly made the squad. Just so frustrating. He got minutes at Lens and Breda but this Denmark hasn't worked out. He's definitely of the grade but needs a club where his position is free of very hard competition at the beginning so he can get a run.

Ya was decent when he were at Sydney, maybe some bad club choices , agents?

Taggart started (also made team of the week for last round), Antonis bench 90 for O'Neill and Mahazi
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xBrad Smith comes off the bench in the 84th minute to make his first appearance for Cardiff in their 2-0 win over Leeds. Elder dougall Smith luongo all getting game time in championship on return is good news. Disappointing irvine left hull. Its annoying there are still a lot of bench warmers not getting time even with the 5 sub rule. Behich borello leckie all benched for no time

Maty and Mooy both starting again, away to Leicester.
They both only started 3 days ago as the games come thick and fast.
