We've got centres who can't pass and with no idea how to set their winger up and ditto with our wide forwards.  So much for playing players out of position.

There is no direction, fark all skill, horrendous selections 

Finally get the ball to the wing with space.  Half to 5/8 to wing, no centres or forwards involved.  Now manufactured centre, MM, involved and intercept try.

No problem with our style of play, The players just are not good enough.

DWZ at fullback the biggest mistake Pay made.

He could play centre,,, which is what I always wanted, Averillo should be back next game.

Montoya not that bad.

Because it is wingers playing centre.
Good to see Montoya score. He would be happy with that kick because he has never beaten a tackle.
Poor pass for the last Souths try.
Attack is restricted cause after Wakeham and Foran no one has any idea.
Smith, Montoya, DWZ have no attacking abilities except running into the opposition.
Many would not agree but I reckon Crichton could be a good centre, seems to have awareness unlike the other Fwits.

Because we don't have many players who can break tackles.

We must at least persist with the gamestyle.
We may have lost but we looked like we could win it at afew stages of the game. And that is important.

Why we didnt win is as combination of players not being good enough, lack of polish and just not use to playing this style hence we are clunky.

I wont go as far as calling it a technical win but it was a step in the right direction. 

I dont know what to make of DWZ. He is rocks and diamonds and we need them types in our team right now but as soon as we start moving into a top 8 team, we need to punt him.

I agree but why is the pass going to him. Surely JMK has another option or is no one else calling for it.
Or has JMK, as I imagine no foresight. Just dumb.

Tolman is great in defence, cleaning up but the funniest one was near the end when Tolman called for the ball on the wing.
At least one player had the nous to look back inside. 

Is Dean Pay trying to get himself sacked?. An honest observation.... the effort is there, everyone is trying hard, but our execution is absolute garbage. We all know the players are out of their natural position, and so they don't understand how that role performs. Only a madman thinks you can make the same call week after week and expect a different result.

What style.
Jacko on the edge. Smashed every time.
Centres with no attacking skills.
Fullback with no attacking skills.
Some strong forward runs with no one backing up.
A 9 with no idea.
Absolute schoolboy stuff.

Somewhere along the line PAY and his team has to answer for this crap.

Everytime someone passes to him inside the opposition 30m I would dock the player 5k. That will do the trick.

I'd then encourage the idiots to keep passing to him and I'd offer Tolman 1k to find a gap in the defence and run to it with the ball.

That way, he'd make a great decoy, no one would pass to him and if they did, the club makes $4k

this guy is rubbish, complete rubbish!

Smith in the centres and DWZ at fullback are the biggest problems.

Jacko tries hard, but rarely brakes tackles.

But our biggest problem is our props don't brake tackles, draw defenders into the middle are create overlaps. 

What I mean by style was JMK, Wakeham and Foran moved the ball well, we set up some good structures.
But we need a fullback and at least one centre with brains and skill.

In most positions our players are below average, stick with this style and effort, swap a few players around.

Not much will change until we get better players, but they need to keep up the effort and intent, soomer or later we will get the odd win.

Britt is a shocker. Dad must hold some sway with Lynne.
On the coverage I saw Thompson sitting next to Roumanos.

Is it not about time some of these younger guys get a go. Doorey, Topine etc.

What has Dean got to lose. A lot of ground to make up.

Ok perhaps Pay will pick all the rep players that he didn't pick this game next game.

Doorey seems good, every game of reserve grade I saw Roumanos was ordinary, we need an edge running back rower who can break the line.

Holland has worked at 14 in the past but was ineffective this game.

He gave yet another penalty away early in the 2nd half which next set resulted in a Souffs try. 

When you have an actual hooker being overlooked and not even in the 17 and then put Kerrod Holland in at DH, real supercoach logic that one. Is Pay taking the p!ss or what?

I think he did a 1-on-1 strip ran the ball ok and tackled ok, I missed the penalty, point taken, he needs to cut out the dumb errors.

I think the DWZ drop really cost us, but the better teams defend mistakes.
Defence was ok, but needs to be better, all teams make mistakes.
