What I think Anderson is about to is trying to rebuild the club the way it was originally built.

I  would sum that up as a people focused orgization, built on high standards in all areas, unity and attention to detail.

Anyone who thinks Heaps will bring unity is misguided.

The thing with the Anderson model is like sorting out the cap it doesn't bring instant results, because it is a long term plan. We tried for instant results with Des, Dib and castle.
