The members club will need people who can provide that donkey work in time, but for now it is more along the lines of peoples skills. Design, marketing, sound, video, programing etc etc. all sorts of different skill sets can be made of use as different ideas and programs get investigated. PM me your details if you are interested and I will add you to the database.

Oh.

Well in that case I'm good with design and sound. Semi-decent at video.

I assume that by the nature of the questions the club came up with and provided them to the Advertiser.

Interesting that the "Pissant Rant" is in there though, so long ago that surely just a bit of a joke now?

My guess is Dodd, as he is already an ex red and his deal was 2 years with an option of a 3rd if he wanted to stay there. So I think he is in his last 6 months.

I think it could be him to. Val did say roots with Adelaide. But he might not of said current player because of the witch hunt too find out that player that would start.

Adelaide United moving to lock up wanted players in early contract talks
Val Migliaccio
The Advertiser
November 12, 2012 11:30PM

CASSIO moving closer to a contract extension has gone against Adelaide United coach John Kosmina's plan of re-negotiating deals in January.

With Kosmina's long-term future not secured beyond this season, Adelaide's football director Michael Petrillo has offered the Brazilian-born defender a one-year rolling contract with an option of an extension.

It is understood popular Cassio wants at least a firm two-year contract, making the left-back Adelaide's longest-serving player after joining the Reds in 2007.

But with Cassio on the verge of re-signing and with a further 10 players coming off contract in 2013, Kosmina's pledge a fortnight ago that he wouldn't be talking about contracts until the New Year was no longer valid.

It now appears Adelaide is on the charge to secure wanted playing stock. Cassio and Argentine Jeronimo Neumann are obvious targets for longer terms.

Cassio's agent Victor Daminato yesterday confirmed the new Australian had been tabled an offer.

Daminato said Cassio preferred to remain with Adelaide after he had received offers from Korea Republic clubs and Middle Eastern clubs since he was able to sign pre contracts from October 1.

But the future of Serginho van Dijk and Bruce Djite has made Kosmina irate when asked whether the out-of-favour strikers had a long-term future with Adelaide.

Van Dijk was jettisoned from the squad on Sunday, while Djite played for just 26 minutes off the bench in the 1-1 draw with Perth Glory.

They are off contract at the end of the season.

When Kosmina has not started either van Dijk or Djite the side has lost five points this season - 2-1 to Melbourne Victory and the Glory draw.

Asked whether van Dijk's future was secure, Kosmina responded that A-League players have short time spans.

"So what do you call long-term future?" he said during a press conference at Hindmarsh yesterday. "Has any player got a long-term future?

"We've got 11 guys out of contract, Sydney has got 14 out of contract."

Kosmina refuses to apologise for child's trauma
Val Migliaccio
The Advertiser
November 12, 2014

Championship winning manager John Kosmina said he "had no idea" a child had fallen over and dropped their ice-cream at Hindmarsh stadium during last night's 12-0 demolition of Melbourne Victory.

Kosmina, who by pure luck won last year's A-League Grand Final and whose side topped the table by 15 points, said he was "concentrating on the game" when little James Cordoza experienced extreme trauma on the steps of the western grandstand.

"Geez mate, I was screaming at Bowlsie to get back into position. I'm lucky to be able to see that far let alone through thousands of people and four concrete barriers. Are you serious?"

Kosmina's denial is yet another failure in a sorry record of mismanagement by the administration. Distracted by the business of resurrecting a club and building a winning culture, the Reds have now fallen to a new low by allowing children to fall over at the ground.

Young James had been asking for an ice-cream since half-time and when his father bought him one he was so intent on running back so as not to miss a minute of the game that he tripped on the steps and dropped the treat.

Asked to comment on why he felt Kosmina and the club owners would have ignored his situation, James replied, "I love Adelaide United. My favourite player is Cassio. I have his signature on my hat. Can I have another ice-cream, dad? C'mon you Reds!!!"

James' father refused to comment but when he was looking at me he had a distinct look of disapproval on his face - obviously a sign of his disappointment with Kosmina and the club.

Despite the 12-0 result, Adelaide looked well below par and questions were being asked on the terraces as to why Kosmina hadn't played a more attacking formation.

The manager responded to the question in his usual style, "Val, go away".
