Great news that Cassio has resigned, on sadder news though at the very least Eugene wont be playing against the Mariners and Melbourne and you would think that Dario would also make the final cut for the 'roos. Malik deserves to make it but got a feeling he might get cut. Dario has good cover, Izzo is good but obviously not as good as Eugene but I think Watson would struggle as a lone center defensive mid. Kossie would probably play a 4-2-3-1 for those games.

Might be a good reason to give Caravella a run in the team again

only heard of cassio committing atm, anything else is rumour or unofficial.

from what i see on twitter jeronimo cassio fereirra and carussca have a good friendship going and obviously understand each other well as they are from the same part of the world.

We know carussca is here for another year and cassio has signed on for 2 more. You get the feeling from jeronimos interviews that he has had some clubs he didnt enjoy and that if he found the right club/ city / team mates he might just stay a little longer.

I cant see him going to another Aleague club and the word is we signed him for as little as 100-120k for the season so i would like to think there is a high chance of us keeping him for the future with a tasty payrise
