Jacob Chapman played the second half for Huddersfield in a friendly win against Bradford. Good sign.

https://www.htafc.com/news/2020/august/report-town-2-1-bradford-city/

Jordan Holmes seems to still be first choice at Ebbsfleet.

Kyah Cahill scored a second half brace last weekend for Macclefield's reserve team.

Danny Choi has moved to another Portuguese club Casa Pia, who were supposed to be relegated from the second league, but may get a reprieve to remain where they were, with two of the top league teams Aves and Vitoria de Setubal likely to be relegated to the third level or below due to financial issues.

It's still undecided at the moment  though with all sorts of  legal challenges going on. I personally hope that his new team stays in the second league, just seems a waste of his talent to me for him to be playing in the third level.

The appeal by Vitoria de Setubal has failed. Vitoria will be playing in the third level, Casa Pia in the second level which will one level up from last season for Danny.
The season draw happens tonight our time, season kicks off on 12 September.
The club hasn't provided any details on the squad for this year as far as I can tell.
I just hope Danny is free from injury as he was last season before it ended prematurely and shows what he is capable of.

Possibly to be his understudy.  remember karacic was sold and then reloaned back so maybe preparing for life after karacic

Indeed. Surely they were already in talks with the Spanish kid when they were arranging to loan back Karacic.

Jeggo starting against Schalke in a friendly

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

VERY unsubstantiated rumours on Twitter right now that Mooy has been sold to Shanghai SIPG.

Almost not worth posting cause there’s no source. It’s speculation based on a most likely fake screenshot of a “now deleted” Instagram post.

Unless the money was outrageous don’t really see the point for BHA selling him. If it brought in enough to replace with a better player plus some over then sure.

This tweet was from Jan 2020

“Titan Sports Plus @titan_plus Chinese media reveal that Aaron Mooy is a target of Shanghai SIPG, who are looking for a central midfielder. They are linked to Mirahmetjan Muzepper, a Chinese international but no agreement has been reached. They could sign another foreigner as per foreign player quota in 2020.”

So maybe baby

Nearly every Matilda has moved to a big club. I looked up some squads in Women's football and they're a collection of all nationalities at the top of the women's game. While they'll be in a great environment, I just hope they all get enough game time. It seems incredibly competitive.

Its so good to see more Matildas move to Europe especially the bigger leagues.

Quite a contrast to the Socceroos these days but they are leading the light for Oz football in the global stage and this is very important.

It will make the players more better too.

5-0 loss for Shimizu away to Kawasaki, who are on top of the table by a mile. I don't know how quick Japanese clubs typically are to sack coaches but poor Cklamovski must be on the thinnest ice after tonight.
