None of it will matter, his supporters will follow him to the end - whatever the outcome. It's now a cult. I've been flicking on to newsmax and foxnews on my new tv set up just to see coverage, their late night seriously has ads running from church loonies with him holding a bible. yeah, mr grab 'em on the pussy, paying for porn stars...real bible man. They're utterly deluded. They love him because he lets them hate.

+x+xIt's weird the way the right wing feels that government should not interfere with private businesses... Right up until the point that it personally benefits them for the government interfere with businesses. Also, they all demanded Government rebates, incentives or tax exemptions recently...but are all apparently about the free market Its called "democratizing the marketplace" :)

Like banks - all free market capitalists....until their system crashes again..and then they expect government intervention and bail outs.

I just don't get why anyone assumes it's their democratic right to be allowed on a privately owned message board. You can go stand on a street corner and spout nonsense but you can't go into a business's front lobby and do the same...

Lol. https://www.news.com.au/world/north-america/us-politics/donald-trumps-golden-shower-tape-probably-does-exist/news-story/aef7298da0dab761cf1a9e7ae4494fb6A tape of Donald Trump allegedly confessing that he enjoys being peed upon during sex (or watching others do so) “probably does exist”, according to former British intelligence agent and Russian specialist Christopher Steele, despite the former US president’s repeated objections that it doesn’t.
The video – which reportedly showed Mr Trump watching two sex workers pee on a bed (once slept in by the Obamas) in the presidential suite at Moscow’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel while he was visiting Russia to attend the 2013 Miss Universe pageant – first came to public attention two years ago, with the release of the Mueller report.

To quote Oscar Wilde, there only one thing worse than being talked about and that's not being talked about. ABC News: Donald Trump asks US judge to force Twitter to restart his account for 'open democratic debate'. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-10-02/donald-trump-asks-us-judge-force-twitter-to-restart-his-account/100510230

+x+x+xTrump's accused of wanting to start a nuclear and yet he's only one of four US Presidents in history that didn't start one. At all, If this General did speak to his counterpart in China, then that's treason and he should be court-martialed. But I guess if you are a General without a war than you yourself are siting around doing nothing, you're soldiers are doing nothing, the military-industrial complex is doing nothing. Why would a General want a President in the White House that isn't starting wars? Didn’t he assassinate a general of their biggest rival?
The only reason he didn’t start one is because Iran kept Their cool.
He tried to start a war. Yeah I know. Enzo has no idea. Obama who ramped up drone strikes by multiple factors was outdone by Trump who signed off on even more but you won't hear about that. (Did Obama start a war or just continue one?) But yes, Trump didn't start a war so there is that. Credit where credit is due. Negotiated with the Taliban though whilst not including the Afghan government in said talks so there is that. Well done Trump. Biden fucked up the withdrawal but the disaster was set in motion a year ago. Not to mention he released 5000 taliban soldiers, lots of high ranking ones too, sealing afghans fate.

But I guess if you are a General without a war than you yourself are siting around doing nothing, you're soldiers are doing nothing, the military-industrial complex is doing nothing. Why would a General want a President in the White House that isn't starting wars? The point is they were worried enough, based on his erratic behaviour in the final days, that they were genuinely worried he would subvert the democracy of America and in effect stage a coup to continue his presidency and/or go rogue by starting a war as a sideshow. (Wag the Dog style.) Either of those are a worry. Watching a bit of commentary around this has been interesting though. Firstly they're saying it's great that people within the government can hinder and/or stop a president from going 'rogue' but it's NOT great because they can go against what a democratically elected president wants. So it's a very, very tricky scenario. In any case Trump was clear off his chops in the last few days of the presidency and interviews and transcripts from 2 Pulitzer prize winning journalists confirm it.

+xSee trump has raked in over 100 million off the back of false election claims recently, of which his fine print says he can spend a majority on what he wants Amount of money he's spent on the recall: $0 Can you get a dumber bunch of people ffs? I'm amazed that people are still giving money after Biden's inauguration. If he runs in 2024, you can donate to that, but to keep funding an overturn that is never going to happen? wow.

+x+x+x+xSo essentially it's a 2.5 minute excerpt where she doesn't really go into specifics about what Trump did that was so "embarrassing" while Don Lemon nods along enthusiastically and the few paragraphs don't really expand any further. Second of all, it's CNN. Biden could shit his pants on stage and they'd spin it as something wonderful for America's foreign relations. I trust them about as much as I trust Fox News. https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/cnn-bias/ Not sure about you but I saw Trump take Putin's word over all of the USs security agencies regards interference in their elections. What a guy. Ironically, Trump's view of Russian interference matched that of CNN news reporters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsTbrFhEFFo You know you forget just how thick Trump actually was. Here's a little reminder of Trump bragging about how well he did at a test they give to people they suspect have dementia. https://youtu.be/hICfYSLd1ecLol. So smart he didn't think to ask why are they giving me this test. How can you watch that and not think that bloke was a grade A moron? It's baffling that people still think he was some sort of unrecognised genius.
At no point have I ever claimed (or suggested) that Trump is an unrecognised genius. It's possible to dislike the man's character while also recognising the shameless, often hysterical partisanship of the MSM and their coverage of politics and the key players in the political scene. For many of these channels, their treatment of Trump vs. their treatment of Biden could not be more stark. They spent 5 years claiming Trump was a disaster because he was A, B, C, D and E. Now you have a guy in office who is also A, B, C, D, E and quite possibly F as well but these same media channels are now gushing over this as "stable leadership". 3 of the last 4 Presidents could barely string together a coherent sentence to save their lives. The other one gave good speeches and was charismatic, but was clearly just a hollow number in a suit and nothing else.

https://www.smh.com.au/world/north-america/us-top-general-feared-trump-s-election-fraud-complaint-was-a-reichstag-moment-20210715-p58a0z.htmlWashington: In the waning weeks of Donald Trump’s term, the country’s top military leader repeatedly worried about what the president might do to maintain power after losing re-election, comparing his rhetoric to Adolf Hitler’s during the rise of Nazi Germany and asking confidantes whether a coup was forthcoming.

LOL. The "Desk of Donald Trump" website has been closed down ( https://www.cnbc.com/2021/06/02/trump-blog-page-shuts-down-for-good.html ). I'm guessing he hasn't paid his internet hosting bill. There still is a Donald Trump website ( https://www.donaldjtrump.com/ ), but from the look of it, it's just trying to keep the grift going by asking for donations. Surely no-one would be stupid enough to donate money to him?... Surely? :ermm:
