+xBeen watching the Stoke game since half time. Souttar winning every header and playing very well. Great signs With the amount of cup and league games think its definitely worth him staying put at stoke. 3 games 3 clean sheets for him. Awesome news

Utrecht at 10:30 AEST Davidson, O'Neill, Mahazi, Chapman, Ansell all absent.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xUtrecht at 10:30 AEST Davidson, O'Neill, Mahazi, Chapman, Ansell all absent. Yeah very annoying not knowing what's happening over there. Davidson started pretty well over there, but hasn't been seen in months & O'Neill started something like 8 games straight & hasn't been seen for nearly 2 months?!!!

Beat me to it. I just read that Leeds are after the Utrecht winger Kerk. He’s starting at RW for them today so if he goes could be good for arzani

Big big come from behind 3-1 win for Ange over Reysol. Marinos have won 4 in a row and into 5th on the table.

+xBig big come from behind 3-1 win for Ange over Reysol. Marinos have won 4 in a row and into 5th on the table. A very Ange like win, not scoring their first goal until late in the game then just seemingly powering over the top of the opposition. I didn’t watch it but we’ve all seen Ange teams do this late in games before. Only the side coming first On the table has scored more goals but YFM’s defence must be ordinary because they have conceded a lot of goals as well.

Even in title winning season last year it was the same. They will get better as conditions have cooled down in Japan heading into Autumn with their high press but they have so many games to play. A top three ACL spot would be nice.

Good corner whipped in by Arzani, teammate scores a pretty easy header. Bad man-marking.

The Dutch upload highlights fairly quickly. Club highlights dont come out till Monday apparently. It was a good typical Arzani whipping cross straight to his teammate to score. Took on a defenders and almost beat them. First sub again which is a good sign.

I found a stream on Facebook and managed to catch the game from just before Arzani came on. He did some good things. Some nice quick passes and always tried to make positive attacking plays. He did one excellent run where he tackled a guy in the near the edge of the Utrecht 18 yard box and then burst forward with the ball and dribbled up the field to the other box and put a through ball to Kerk, who then put a bad cross in. Overall, he was very positive and was surprisingly good at defending too. He did 2 or 3 tackles where he chased a man down and won it off him. The only other interesting thing I noticed was that a lot of his teammates couldn’t seem to read his quick 1-2 passes. It was like he was thinking further ahead than them and then they’d get caught with the ball and wouldn’t be able to lay it back to him. Maybe that will improve the more he plays.

OFI Crete v Atromitos: Giannou on the bench for Crete A certain Georgopoulos on the bench for Atromitos, previously at Dandenong. Any good? Or is this a case of mistaken identify? Jeggo came on at halftime for Aris.
