+x+xCan’t we like Arnie and Ange? I missed that memo! Sure. Didnt care for either much as nt manager. Although Ange won AC and qualified for WC. It’s not the same conversation. Its a stupid conversation when Arnie hasn't had the opportunity to achieve the latter.

+x+x+x+xIf this is even remotely true it’s why we shouldn’t listen to people who come in and want to impose their “vision” on the game. Its been obvious for years Arnie is a opportunist and wouldn’t surprise me if he left. Biggest opportunist in the Aussie game. Just hope its true so i can fall back in love with my first love the Socceroos. Fuck off Arnie. Yet Ange leaves on the cusp of the World Cup yet gets a free pass because Robbie Slater wasn't nice to him. You're a Arnie fan and I'm a Ange lover. Its all good 👍😉 I was an Ange fan too until he sold us out. Now not so much. His recent snarky comments following a few poor losses at Yokohama show he considers any criticism as below him and that nobody else deserves to have an opinion on his performances.

+xBefore all of you arnie haters jump on the saddle Too late. They see his name in an article headline and start irrationally seething like Sky News with Daniel Andrews.

I hope Arnie stays and think he has done a good job so far, with the Olyroos and Socceroos. But maybe he is frustrated with FFA. He wouldn’t be the first person, if this is the case!!

+x+xI read the SMH report and the SBS World Game one from Dave Lewis, the SMH got a quote from his agent, SBS got it from a source confirming his rejected the ofter from FC Seoul. The quote in the SMH article said that he has got 2 offers they have received but cant comment on them any further... I honestly dont know what to believe, someone has got to spill the beans here. According to this Korean source, it’s not happening. https://twitter.com/korfootballnews/status/1318467458567524352?s=21 And what about the other offer? Where is this coming from?

+x+x+x+x+xI hope it is true sh*t manager and doing a sh*t job, would be the 1st good thing to happen to Australian football since ADP joined the AL You literally criticised people for not getting behind Muscat and then said this.... Lets get this 100% straight i support GA when he is managing the national team, i always want the Socceroos to win, i believe GA is doing the best he can. But do i think he should be national team manager HELL NO! As with Muscat he is at least having ago with trying to build a career in Europe something GA never tried and the one time he went to the J-league he failed majorly and even with SFC he failed in the ACL. Socceroos manager is one of the best paid national team managers in the World it isnt unreasonable to want someone who has proven he can succeed at a higher level then the AL. I support Australian managers but my love for the national team out-weights support for any individual. Somehow I doubt that. K You can’t say you support Australian managers and then whinge constantly that Arnie has the Socceroos job. I’m pretty sure I remember you calling for him to be sacked.

+x+x+xWhy quit? Been paid to do nothing all year. I think it’s the opposite. Iirc he did a voluntary pay cut for a few months but the issue is he seems to have volunteered for too many other jobs within FFA. Olyroos, Structure/develop vision among other things. May have overstretched himself to the point where his employers expects him to perform the duties now. He is the highest paid manager in Socceroos history. So FFA would want him working. His manager can say tightening of the belt but he failed to get Dykes and probably sees how bad the team is going to be. Get outta dodge, come back and blame FFA surely hiddink got more than arnold?! ”Arnold, 54, will become the highest-paid Socceroos coach in history, signing a base salary believed to be worth around $1.4 million plus various bonuses around the Asian Cup and qualifying for the World Cup in Qatar in 2022” https://amp.theaustralian.com.au/sport/football/graham-arnold-becomes-highest-paid-socceroos-coach-in-history/news-story/b826145a4da4cdb6e8534427fc2bb179Didnt manage to come one close to getting the Asian Cup bonus.....again
