Hopefully they can start the stadium renovations as soon as possible. I'm aware they are planning on keeping the stadium open and doing each side at a time which is good.

I'm sure FFA will have a fit if they start playing and they have Active support behind the goals on those hills.

WU have had little to no fan engagement in terms of choosing colours etc and haven't done much to engage fans.

i cant say for certain, but i have read comments saying that western united has been a clusterfuck so far.

with all the money they have, they could at least do a better launch like what Macarthur have done.

This club seems to be doing all the right things, especially considering they have so much time on their hands. 
They haven't sat back and have instantly connected with their local community which is a great move. Hopefully they keep this up.

Superb stuff. I noticed that they had a local Aboriginal elder in the launch video, so they have got that aspect right.

The more I think about it, I really think they got the branding for this team spot on. The logo will also help them expand their support base down the Hume Highway and into the Southern Highlands. Can’t wait to see the kit.

Professor John Maynard will chair the indigenous advisory panel (another first) which will help guide the academy to developing and nurturing young indigenous players in our great game. Professor Maynard was pleased to announce the first three partners in the Academy would be the University of Western Sydney, Campbelltown City Council and the Walker Corporate Foundation.
