+xTommy Deng finally starting again in the J League. The Olyroos definitely need him playing big minutes right through to the Olympics - definitely be in a back 3 or 4 with Souttar, Dylan Ryan, (not sure of Left back) That’d be a handy backline!

Good thing you can cast the Bein sports app to the tv. I’m just worried about waking up and he doesn’t start but at the very least he should be playing the second half

Liam Chipperfield starting and scoring in a 4-0 friendly win for FC Basel's first team against a Swiss 2nd tier club. Four players from their last Swiss Super League match in the starting lineup for the friendly. Seems Basel split their first team evenly across two friendlies in two days.

Ouzounidis still plugging away at Everton U23, starting against Arsenal.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xOuzounidis still plugging away at Everton U23, starting against Arsenal. Saw it on my app and had me wondering, there are a lot of young Australians at this level. I think it's great they're getting minutes. I guess getting a loan to League 1 or 2 may be considered more of a first team thing but these clubs have top notch facilities. At some point they really need to make the senior jump though.

Really happy for him. Question is he playing the same role he did at Adelaide?

Mcgree off at ‘58. He was playing in that number 10 role which is great to see, but Birmingham are a pretty average side and probably don’t suit his style of play perfectly. Promising signs nonetheless

+xReally happy for him. Question is he playing the same role he did at Adelaide? He's a 10 tonight. The game hasn't had many highlights tonight. McGree ran onto a loose ball and was left of goal but the big defender certainly shadowed preventing his shooting angle. Commentary said he should've hit but it was really tight. Fans disappointed to see McGree off on 59. Once again whenever I watch Aussies the ball seems to orbit around them. Are they not calling for it? They're generally in ok space. It's something Rogic and Mooy also have a times. McGree was close but they often went long or far away. Certainly not being ignored but it's an interesting observation.

Arzani not in Jong Utrecht lineup/subs is this a sign he could be playing minutes for first team tomorow?

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but young Aussie striker George Stamoulis made his pro debut in Spain a few days ago with the Leganes B team, who play Tercera (4th tier).

The Indian Super League started last night with ATK Mohun Bagan defeating Kerala 1-0 with Krishna scoring the winner.
Krishna and Hooper started while Murray and David Williams came off the bench. Brad Inman was an unused sub.

Surely playing Dutch 2nd division regularly is better than Everton u/23?

IMO Deni is shaping up to be more promising than Tomi. If he doesn’t kick off hard in the next couple seasons I’d love to see him in the A-League. He’d kill it.
