90 for Kalik in a 4-2 away win against Hajduk.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+x90 for Kalik in a 4-2 away win against Hajduk. 3rd in the table with 2 games in hand on 2nd, Kalik has a serious chance of European football next year if Gorica keep this up. Got to be very close to Olympic selection too.

Behich starting, Kayserispor have a decent defensive record so far but they can't score Duke and Williams started in Saudi

Cleur plays 90 in a 2-1 loss for Virtus Entella. His first 90 mins in Serie B, and once again one of their best players.

I know most didnt rate his performances during the Olyroos qualifiers, and his team is currently likely to get relegated out of Serie B but decent performances at this level ain't too bad for a 22 yo. Let's hope they continue.

+xRobertson starting and scoring for City U18s against Blackburn. In a 1-1 draw between Blackburn and Man City U18s - both goals were scored by Australians, Zak Gilsenan and Alex Robertson.

Anyone know where Tyrese Francois is? Hasn't played for ages and looked like he was on the verge of playing for the top team (on the bench at least).

Millar a full 90 at RB for Shrewsbury in a 1-0 win. The bloke is a dead certainty for the next NT squad

+xMaybe January transfer on horizon? Who knows 😓 very concerning. Has not had a look in at Senior minutes since 3rd week of October 2020. he has only played since then in Utrecht U21 Squad. this is his final year for that age group (turns 22 early Jan) so he would be crazy to stay at Utrecht any longer. For apparently our most highly rated prospect he doesn't play very much. he should come back to A league for a reset. Play 90 min every week, score goals get the buzz going again and then look to another European opportunity. If he doesnt get senior minutes he will not be in the frame for WC 2022. I think he would be a certaintly for OLYROOS but that is a short term goal IMO.

From Australia's next biggest football talent during the 2018 World Cup to not even playing for FC Utrecht reserves two years later, such a sad story and how things can change so quickly in football.

Start matches regularly and start dominating regularly. Otherwise he will sadly just become a journeyman who had great potential.

Not the best review for Souttar tonight. Would be good to see more chances against higher opposition.

exciting to see Souttar up against quality opposition, a little unlucky with the bale goal, made a poor clearance, good lesson for him.
also Arzani's contract expires next year, he better get playing soon..

Arzani is just the latest in a long line of promising young Australian players whose careers have sunk under a combination of bad advice, bad decisions and injury.
Had he stayed another season or two in the A League he would have left as an established senior pro and international and even with his Acl injury would be in a different world now.

+x+xDid he even arrive in the first place? He turned up in AL and Wcup but seems his knee injury has sent him way back There were flashes but never played enough senior games. Knee injury is a terrible shame.
He should come back and play a lot of games.

He should come back and play a lot of games. He left too early but then again we wouldn't know if he didnt get an ACL at Celtic, hindsight is wonderful but thats football.

Behich starting.
Jackson Irvine has been training with Oldham. Good work by Kewell. Certainly wouldn't think he'd sign though. Still, a 6 month deal just to keep fit and get minutes wouldn't be the worst thing. His agent and all those scouting knkw his true level.

Maty will be receiving at least 3 as I remember Messi scoring a hat trick against him when he was playing for Valencia in the Copa Del Rey semi final.
