+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xIt's also ridiculous for people to defend Trump's speech that day (the exact wording of which can be argued either way) but ignore the premeditated MONTHS of false claims about the election. That's the cause of this. Not just one speech by a bunch of desperate clowns hiding behind glass pretending to be men of the people. I doubt even Enzo or Rusty would say they believe that tens of thousands of votes in various states were stolen or faked. That's why rusty wasn't here for 2 months. All normal headed people know it was a lie and saw it coming, mainly because Trump and his people told us they were going to do it for crying out loud aha Republicans humoured him, allowing him his "harmless day in court" (60odd times) and this, and what's to come, is the direct result of these blatant lies. To turn around and say, well some of the mob were just there for a laugh (true) and that other protests in history have had violent elements (true) and ignore the LIES that happened over the last few months that led huge chunks of the country to believe an election was stolen is idiotic. Being willing to defend that lying and attempts to bring into question the democratic process just because that "side" or "man" is on your side when your feelings are hurt and you're scared that all boys will be girls soon, men can marry men, women can have abortions and that beating a woman is seen as bad even though she belittled you for years is just pathetic. This was 4 years in the making, not 4 months, culminating in misinformation, disinformation and withholding of information in the lead up to the election. Why does the world most technologically-advanced nation insist on routine mail in voting and no ID even when there is no pandemic- when 80% of Europe doesn't? Idiot. Every single audit showed vote counts on the electronic machines matched the paper copies that were printed off when you voted and handed them over. Barr said there was nothing wrong with the election. Multiple Republican governors said there was nothing wrong with the election. Every independent organisation said there was nothing wrong with the election. Postal votes were signature matched. Where signatures didn't match a Republican, a Democrat and an independent would scrutinise the envelopes and accept it or not. There were actually more steps than this but it varies across states. Trump spouted over 20 000 lies during his 4 year term and you talk about misinformation. Meanwhile nearly 400 000 people are dead and still the orange fucking clown refuses to believe it's serious. There is something seriously wrong with you. You need to get off whatever you're on. I suggest if you want to know the facts, you should look at the source documents themselves and not what is reported by Trumps team or Biden’s team or the mainstream media. The facts from source documents show massive voter irregularities. As an example check Wayne County Michigan, which encompasses Detroit. If you search the US Census, the Wayne County, Michigan State and other websites you can see that there were more votes cast in Wayne County than there are eligible citizens over the age of 18. That is a fact, and it in itself is a massive problem. At first when I started researching some of the census data and other government websites and documents and saw how many major irregularities there were, I just thought the election was just the worst run election in modern history, full of mistakes and errors, but these incidents all seem to go against Trump and I’ve formed the view that there was fraud involved. In reality, I think it was on a massive scale and that’s actually what’s allowed it to work because the USA as a nation state could not survive if the truth was told. There would be a civil war. I think moderate republican representatives realise this and are willing to foregoing 4 years of power, and get rid of Trump and so are willingly accepting the fraud for what they perceive as the greater good. More votes than voters has been debunked a dozen times. I suggest you get off Don Jr's Twitter feed. They screenshot or download registered voters from 2 years ago and put it up against how many votes were counted 2months ago. It's deliberate misinformation swallowed by gullible fools that want to believe a president that never polled once above 50% in the 4 years he was in office got less votes than his opponent. Fucking hell. Data USA, shows that Wayne County has a citizenship rate of 95.7% ( https://datausa.io/profile/geo/detroit-mi/?compare=wayne-county-mi#demographics).Oops, my bad. I just realised I wrote votes cast when I should have wrote voters registered. ie there are more people registered to vote in Wayne County than there are people eligible to be registered to vote. Back in early November I checked the US Census website, Wayne County website, Michigan State Government website and Save the Detroit Child website to see how many people 18 years or older lived in Wayne County. There are less than the 1.4 million odd people registered to vote. The poll book includes anywhere from a hundred thousand to a couple hundred thousand names of people who do not live in Wayne County and are not eligible to vote in Wayne County. I didn’t get that information from Trump or the mainstream media, and that is a fact that has not been’debunked’. PS. Wayne County has been losing residents at about 5k to 15k on average every year for the last 10 years, with about 2,300 celebrated as the lowest loss. In 1990 it had 2,107,915 residents, in 2009 it had 1,924,438 residents. Census says Wayne County had 1,749, 343 resident persons as at 2019. Data USA, shows that Wayne County has a citizenship rate of 95/7% (https://datausa.io/profile/geo/detroit-mi/?compare=wayne-county-mi#demographics). If we take the total resident population of Wayne County 1,749,943 and see how many citizens there are (95.7%) the total number of citizens is 1,674,121 people Of these, 23.9% were under 18 (approximately 400,100). The total number of citizens 18 and over is about 1,274,007 people. The number of registered voters is 1,406,355. This is a different of about 132k. In 2018, there were about 73,500 people aged between 15-17, if we assume an even split of each year, then approximately 50,000 could have turned 18 and been eligible to vote.
There are still more than 80k registered voters than eligible voting population. I also note that many 18 year olds leave Detroit and Wayne County to joint military or go off to college. To put it bluntly, there are at least 80 thousand more registered voters in Wayne County than there are people entitled to register to vote. PS. Please don't give me grief about sources and conspiracy sources again. I won't be going back over shit I looked into months ago for an election in a foreign country. To be frank, I just hate to see obvious bullshit and corruption rammed down my throat, and I've seen plenty of that by people who hate Trump. This is especially so for Bullshit "fact checkers" who do not actually check facts. PPS. Don't forget, it is not compulsory to register to vote in the USA and the numbers above would presume that every single eligible person registered, which would still give you a shortfall of at least 80k. In reality, the average percentage of eligible people who actually bother to register to vote is historically less than 80% in the USA, so we can expect that even in a 'breakout year' if 90% of people who were eligible registered to vote, the total amount of registered voters would be in the order of approximately 1,146,606 persons. ie about 259,749 people less than the number of registered voters in Wayne County. Fuck me, why do I bother with this shit! Taking the registered numbers as being higher than population on face value. Have a question for you as you seem to be really across this. Do you think it's possible that people may be registered to vote in that county but have since moved to other places, died etc and didn't have their registration updated? The names of people that voted in the election is something that is known. If this was an issue, it wouldn't have been too hard for Trump's legal team to find the 10s of thousands of names and cross check them against who actually is ineligible to find discrepancies. They don't seem to be able to prove that. Why would that be the case? Trump's legal team, just like the republican moderates mark mentioned, intentionally withheld evidence in all these court cases to avoid a civil war. Yeah, that'd be it. You'd have to ask Trump's legal team what their strategy is. I suppose I can say this election was as free and fair as elections in North Korea, Zimbabwe, Belarus, Venezuela, Russia, etc. You know, those places where their own domestic courts haven't found any fraud and where the winners always assert that the elections were free and fair, regardless of what the losers or international commentators say.

I haven't ever thought that any election here, in the US, the UK or other western european nations was fraudulent though. It's a big jump to that and scary to think what the end result of that could be. +x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xIt's also ridiculous for people to defend Trump's speech that day (the exact wording of which can be argued either way) but ignore the premeditated MONTHS of false claims about the election.
Spent "a couple of hours checking facts" which you can't provide sources of and you are convinced that a bipartisan conspiracy evolving thousands of state officials, county officials, election watchdog officials, state judges, county judges, Supreme Court judges, politicians on every level and the attorney general of the United States have all decided to look the other way in every instance of this apparent fraud, often risking their own careers to stop the "left" from doing what the "right" ended up actually trying to do?

+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xIt's also ridiculous for people to defend Trump's speech that day (the exact wording of which can be argued either way) but ignore the premeditated MONTHS of false claims about the election. Are you kidding? The posts I've made set out the sources. US Census, Wayne County, State of Michigan etc. etc. They are all publicly available. Check it out for yourself. You know, more than 39% of the United States population including 17% of Democrats believe there was fraudulent and/or corrupt activity in the election. I'm not a 'lone wolf' or outlier in noticing the weird and unexplained irregularities that occurred. I'm not alleging a conspiracy. As I said, at first, I just thought it was the worst run election in modern history, but the constant barrage of denial in the mainstream media of any irregularities when there is clear evidence of major irregularities piqued my interest. Why can't any media companies publish accurate factual reports that highlight some of the irregularities like the one in Wayne County i've mentioned earlier? As has been pointed out, they go into detail about the number of votes cast being less than the number of registered voters, but they don't point out the facts that I have about the poll book being rotten. Do you know what a rotten poll book allows? Think about it. Those potentially couple of hundred thousand illegitimately registered voters that don't exist/reside there all could have voted. Who voted for them? Which candidate received their votes? It is a secret ballot and so we will never know, but my moneys on a 100% of them going to Biden. Then, Ted Cruz suggested a repeat of a measure that had been undertaken before in 1877, a 10 day joint House/Senate/Supreme Court commission comprised of 5 Republicans, 5 Democrats and 5 Supreme Court Justices to investigate claims of fraud, and this was refused. I mean, if there was nothing to hide, what better way to get 70 million odd people on side. The refusal of congress to do this was what really tipped me over the edge into definitely believing there was a massive fraud. You know the most annoying thing about all this? I don't even like Donald Trump as a human being. I do think the Republicans policies are better than the Democrats (which have both racist and fascist leanings), I just can't stand the hypocrisy of the whole thing.

Not only that why would the democrats rig an election not to have control of the senate only relying on the run off election to gain control by the most minute of margins. Don't forget not once did your orange clown poll over 50% in any poll over the past 4 years. Just ridiculous.

I'm not across it. I just spent a couple of hours checking facts. And all those lawyers and journalists didn't? -PB

+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+x+xIt's also ridiculous for people to defend Trump's speech that day (the exact wording of which can be argued either way) but ignore the premeditated MONTHS of false claims about the election. And all those lawyers and journalists didn't? -PB Anyway, I found this a few days ago but never got around to posting it. The discrepancy between the US Census and the Electoral Roll in Michigan was already challenged in Court by the GOP back in June 2020 - well before the election. It seems to be a fruitless exercise. I haven't dug up the Court case itself, but given that Trump has not made any noise about it shows that it went nowhere - source here: https://apnews.com/article/2ad645ad036afc0134ac4a0bb6614377To quote from the article: " Benson spokesman Jake Rollow said the lawsuit “seeks to gain media attention using debunked claims and bad statistics to delegitimize our elections. It compares old census data and registration numbers that make no attempt to distinguish between active and inactive registration, and asserts the false notion that voter registration rates should be low.”
Actual incidents of in-person voter fraud nationwide remain extremely rare, and President Donald Trump’s now-disbanded voting integrity commission failed to uncover any evidence of extensive election misconduct."
What this tells me is that the Michigan Secretary of State have a perfectly legitimate explanation for why there is a difference between two sets of published figures. More importantly, Trump had set up a voter integrity commission before the election to crack down on this - and found nothing. The fact that he is crying foul after the election, when he has found not any widespread voter fraud beforehand shows that he is just trying to delegitimize the result. The Trump election appeal case result is 1 win to 64 losses. The only win he had was the Court letting Trump observers move a few feet closer to the counting. The Penn Electoral Commission told people to socially distance a bit too much in the Courts view.

+xMe watching the press briefing this morning: wow so good to be back to normal me 5 minutes later: well this is kinda boring :D Yep. In the last week, whenever there's been something on the news (TV or radio) about " Today the US president said/did...", I've found myself preparing to mentally roll my eyes, only to then remember that sanity has been restored and they're no longer being led by a bumbling idiot.

how do you lot see the Republican party going? Back to your normal conservative, or will Trump hold sway and we'll see a take over from his side of politics?

The tea party movement and trumps base saw to that. The people in the party are so scared of his base that they aren't willing to convict him .

So- An election that was controversial (to say the least) saw a bumbling fool elevated to the highest role of office in the free world. And history shows that George W. Bush went on to implement The Patriot Act and send the USA to another big, costly military campaign in the Middle East in the wake of 9/11and do all the kinds of things you'd expect an establishment crony to do- and not necessarily in the best interests of the American people. You'd think people would've learned their lesson the first time, but evidently not. Can't wait to see what Joe W. Biden and his team have in store for the USA under the guise of it being for "the greater good"...

Donald Trump is now hard at work pushing for electoral reform in the USA. If he gets what he wants, the USA will have elections similar to ours.
