This is the link to the Trump v Biden case - https://law.justia.com/cases/wisconsin/supreme-court/2020/2020ap002038.html. I extract the case summary from the Court website which says something else (emphasis added):

Justia Opinion SummaryThe Supreme Court rejected Donald Trump's effort to invalidate more than 220,000 votes from Dane and Milwaukee Counties in the 2020 presidential election, holding that the challenge to indefinitely confined voter ballots was without merit and that laches barred relief on the remaining three categories of challenged ballots.
Petitioners brought this action seeking to invalidated a sufficient number of Wisconsin ballots to change Wisconsin's certified election results, focusing its objections on four different categories of ballots applying only to voters in Dane and Milwaukee County. Among those challenged ballots were ballots cast by voters who claimed indefinitely confined status since March 25, 2020. The Supreme Court concluded that the Petitioners were not entitled to the requested relief, holding (1) the challenge to the indefinitely confined voter ballots was meritless on its face; and (2) the other three categories of challenged ballots failed under the doctrine of laches.

I would say that meritless on its face means that the Trump team had no evidence at all.

It is obvious you did not read the decision.
To summarise:
7 Judges. 4 decided to not allow the appeal on the basis of laches (not latches). 3 dissented and said the appeal should go ahead. All agreed that there were votes cast and counted in contravention of the law.
Read the decision.
Then, you can understand what it means.
Once you do that, you can see what the Trump campaign was arguing.
To be clear, there is the real and distinct possibility that thousands of votes were cast by people other than the voters on the poll books, and that is the claim of the Trump campaign.
The evidence shows that there is no way of confirming that votes were cast by voters registered in the poll book.
Now that in and of itself does not confirm fraud, but it shows that the election was certainly able to be fraudulently affected.
Trumps campaign has put forward hundreds of witnesses who say it was, but they did not get to have their evidence heard in court, because the Court says Trump should have lodged the lawsuit before the election.

I actually don't see that in the ruling at all.

Idiot.  Every single audit showed vote counts on the electronic machines matched the paper copies that were printed off when you voted and handed them over.

Barr said there was nothing wrong with the election.  Multiple Republican governors said there was nothing wrong with the election.  Every independent organisation said there was nothing wrong with the election.

Postal votes were signature matched.  Where signatures didn't match a Republican, a Democrat and an independent would scrutinise the envelopes and accept it or not.  There were actually more steps than this but it varies across states.

Trump spouted over 20 000 lies during his 4 year term and you talk about misinformation.

Meanwhile nearly 400 000 people are dead and still the orange fucking clown refuses to believe it's serious.

There is something seriously wrong with you.  You need to get off whatever you're on.

Moron.

Why does the rest of the civilized world have voter ID and the US does not?.  Why does the rest of the civilized world put terms and conditions on early voting but the US does not?  Why do the Democrats insist on them?

Spare me the "voter suppression" bullshit.

If there were voter suppression of blacks- and it IS blacks the Democrats tell us are having their votes suppressed- why do blacks and whites vote at about the same rates?  Why do Asians and Hispanic vote at half the rate?

That's quite a late to reply to this Enzo.  In case you need a further update Trump's own people said the election was above board.  Not that it matter to you.

And in case you haven't been watching the news of late Biden was inaugurated an the 20th of January 2020.  All of Trump's objections fizzled because, you, know, no evidence.

The issues still remain: why do the Democrats insist on no voter ID and unrestricted early voting?  The rest of the civilized democracies have these things.

If they have nothing to hide, why don't the Democrats want to move alongside every other democracy?

Why don't you ask the Republicans that are in charge and have the same rules?  Maybe they could dumb it down enough for you to understand.

Or see if this helps your dumb arse.  https://ballotpedia.org/Voter_identification_laws_by_state

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_Identification_laws_in_the_United_States

The vast majority of voter ID laws in the United States target only voter impersonation, of which there are only 31 documented cases in the United States from the 2000–2014 period.[63] According to PolitiFact, "in-person voter fraud—the kind targeted by the ID law—remains extremely rare".[12] According to the Associated Press, the New York TimesNPRCNBCthe Guardian and FactCheck.Org the available research and evidence point to the type of fraud that would be prevented by voter ID laws as "very rare" or "extremely rare".[64][65][66][67][68][69][70] PolitiFact finds the suggestion that "voter fraud is rampant" false, giving it its "Pants on Fire" rating.[12] Most cases of alleged voter fraud involving dead voters have been shown to be a result of incorrect matching of voter rolls and death records, such as when someone died after they voted rather than before.[71] Writing in 2009, Harvard political scientist Stephen Ansolabehere noted that despite the common belief "that fraud occurs at least somewhat often in elections … social scientists have been unable to develop unambiguous measures of the incidence of fraud, and legal cases find very little hard evidence on the matter."[72] In a 2012 analysis, News21 of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism surveyed thousands of election officials in 50 states regarding all instances of fraud relating to elections since 2000, and concluded that in-person voter impersonation is virtually non-existent, amounting to one out of about every 15 million prospective voters.[73]

I'll have a read of the decision later on, but it it would be helpful if you can extract the exact paragraphs for everyone to see. It also looks like mcjules is covering your points anyway.

I'm asking you because its the Dumbocrats that have invented around 50 examples of what they think is "voter suppression", to stop voter phot ID not Repblicans.

I don't accept opinions from leftist media such as AP, NYT, CNN, NPR, CNBC, The Guardian, and Factcheck.org because as I've seen  too many examples when the numbers don't fit their preferred narrative, they introduce a "But" to cast doubt on facts they don't like. They also tell outright lies.

From your first link: "These laws require voters to present some form of identification at the polls. In some cases, the required identification must include a photo."  Yet 3 in 4 Americans support requiring all voters to show a government-issued photo ID to vote

If its no issue, why the never-ending protesting from the Dumbocrats for photoID?  They have nothing to worry about, right?

Surely if not for anything else, it would mean the election would be *seen* to be free from fraud.  How is that a bad thing?

Honestly?

I don't know for certain in terms of real figures, but I wouldn't rubbish the idea that it could/ has been done.

Gold pated bathroom fixtures.  Po-tay-toes, po-tah-toes.

The difference between having gold-plated sink features in one bathroom and saying he shits on a gold toilet is a bit more than the simple pronunciation of potatoes.

Like- I'm well aware of the notable overlap with the never-Trump crowd and having a weird fondness for poop humour, but repeating easily debunked nonsense like this or standard Occupy Democrats "memes" only made it easier for opponents to deflect any criticism of the Trump administration (regardless of how valid or factual) as mere TDS hysteria.

New York Democrat Mayor admits lying about aged-care death numbers:

Since the report came out over two weeks ago, the state has added thousands more deaths to its official tally, more accurately reflecting the true death toll of nursing home residents.Mr Cuomo, a Democrat, has repeatedly defended his handling of nursing homes, often arguing that other states were doing far worse, but his administration has been engulfed by the scandal in recent days.Last week, in a private conversation leaked to the New York Post, a top aide to Mr Cuomo confessed to covering up the real numbers and withholding the information out of concern the data "was going to be used against us".

An Albany-based watchdog group says that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's nursing home directive was likely responsible for more than 1,000 additional resident deaths during the coronavirus pandemic, despite numerous denials by the administration that their order was heavily to blame.

Cuomo's office has been silent on the contents of the report released by the nonprofit Empire Center for Public Policy on Thursday and reviewed by Fox News, which relies on the information provided to them by the New York State Department of Health (DOH). The governor is facing intense backlash over the scandal, including a federal probe into his administration's handling of the crisis. The focus on Cuomo comes as liberal CNN and the governor's brother, host Chris Cuomo, have given the Democrat's controversies little to no airtime.

Anti-Trump group the Lincoln Project has hemorrhaged support in recent weeks after more than 20 men accused its co-founder John Weaver of sexual harassment in January.

While some on the left have praised its leaders for a principled stand against their former party, liberals and conservatives alike have criticized the group over its tactics and motives. Some, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., have labeled it a scam PAC due to its funneling of liberal donor money to vendors controlled by the group's founders and an overall lack of return on investment.

Minneapolis looks to hire MORE police officers after defunding the police:

https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/minneapolis-spend-64m-recruit-police-officers-75875382

"Minneapolis is planning to spend $6.4 million to hire dozens of police officers, at a time when some City Council members and activist groups have been advocating to replace the police department following George Floyd’s death.

The City Council voted unanimously Friday to approve the additional funding that police requested. The department says it only has 638 officers available to work — roughly 200 fewer than usual. An unprecedented number of officers quit or went on extended medical leave after Floyd’s death and the unrest that followed, which included the burning of a police precinct...

...more than 550 people shot, 80 murders mostly blacks in 2020..mostly peaceful protests, but ignore the burning private property and cars..

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/minneapolis-resident-city-council-has-e2-80-98blood-on-their-hands-e2-80-99-for-defunding-police/vi-BB1dJqpL

Solution?

"“We have a policing system that doesn’t work for us and we need alternatives,” said Rachel Bean, who signed the petition Saturday. “I’m a social worker and I feel like we have lots of tools that we could try to create more community safety."

Yes send in the front line social workers..what could go wrong?

Solution?

"“We have a policing system that doesn’t work for us and we need alternatives,” said Rachel Bean, who signed the petition Saturday. “I’m a social worker and I feel like we have lots of tools that we could try to create more community safety."

Yes send in the front line social workers..what could go wrong?

So there was no defunding just resignations and extended leave and now they're remedying that by hiring more police.  Uh huh.

So what exactly is the issue?

Defund police bad.
Hire more police bad.

Enzo FTW.

The state’s prevailing social Darwinism was expressed most succinctly by the mayor of Colorado City, who accused his constituents – trapped in near sub-zero temperatures and complaining about lack of heat, electricity and drinkable water – of being the “lazy” products of a “socialist government”, adding “I’m sick and tired of people looking for a damn handout!” and predicting “only the strong will survive and the weak will perish”."

Hahah fucking America.

Deregulation is the real winner here.

Let the market decide they said.
