What % of crushers tackles are contributed to by the ball  carrier turning  and backing into the defence. So many contributing factors to on report tackles.

Reserve grade had a good win.
Seems like Davies, Daley, Atoni, Rennie  and Matterson had good games.
Daley again good stats 80 mins at hooker 31 tackles 100% efficency.
4 tackle breaks, 1 line break, 1 try.
He seems to get a try every second game.
With Dietz doing his hamstring I hope we try Daley at 14.
If we get an injury or suspension in the halves Davies should get a run ahead of Flanagan.
Flanagan isn't playing reserve grade, he will need a couple of weeks of football to get back into things.

Like every week, I hope Parra lose.

Them getting flogged is great.

People talk about the attitude of the Panthers team, but Parra are our traditional enemy.
A team of wankers with big egos who always go missing at the business end of the season,
And Nathan Brown is the biggest grub in the game.

And don't get me started on their fans, no insult can fully convey how I feel about them, they are worse than Newcastle fans. I pefer fans from the 1970s, when there were higher IQs in and nicer people the local jail.

Why is he not playing ? Injury?
He should be working on his kicking game and something more than just the pass to the inside.

Reserves 38-16, Flegg  22-12
3 grades at Panthers Bulldogs 64-58
Bit of promise with some youngsters?

Not sure but 3-4 try assists for Davies, I would like to see how Flano goes.
Davies is 5/8 the halfback is a young kids, Flano could get a run there.
Lewis must still be recovering.
So far, I think Averillo and Wakeham are going ok.

We do have good young players at the club.Good
More so with Averillo, Wakeham, Schoupp, Topine and Doorey playing NRL.

I think you despise them because they talk the talk and walk the walk.

I had similar feelings last year and in particular Luai who I felt was allowed to just dance in front of defences and then step and shoot through.

But i came to realise that they are just playing the game to it's full advantage, and they have players confident enough and a coach that allows them to remain flamboyant.

On the day, they can lose to a storm team or Easts team, but chances are, they will win and win easy. The post-try antics are just them having fun. It will get boring if they just score and dont celebrate. This way, they stay focused on the grand prize for longer.

I think we are just jealous of their success.

Bwahaha!

You sure put a lot of effort into Markisplaining to me how I think without a clue.

Nah Marki, none of that. it’s just how I said it. Believe it or not, I knew what I meant -

It’s because they carry on like knobs.

Easts don’t carry on like knobs and they went back to back, Melbourne don’t carry on like knobs and they won 2 in 4 years.

Panthers carry on like knobs and they’ve won....

... NOTHING.

Go Melbourne, go Souths, go...... Easts?!?! Yes even Easts.

The knobs can work on their choreography for another year.

I got to say, and not just because of today, there’s no group of players I’ve come to despise so much in such a short time as these Panther players.

The way they carry on after a try with their choreographed celebrations and even the way the Panthers as a club seem to think they invented football without winning anything...

... I am going to be so ecstatic when Melbourne go b2b beating the Panthers b2b in The GF I’ll be driving out to Penrith on GF night just to drive around and lauuuuuuugh out the car window.

Celebrate that you  arrogant with no justification to be arrogant f***’s.... except Burton, he’s a good bloke, the only one, but stiff sh.t he’ll have to cop the pain and bring the redemption to Belmore.

I even hope Easts beat them, anytime, any game. Even the GF.

I don’t understand how you feel about Penrith. They are a great team. Exciting to watch. Tough mobile forwards and smart backline. We used to be just like them.

They will win the comp this year. I guarantee it. And I will support them over all the other challenges.

There should never be a second team. Just good teams to watch. Honestly I rarely enjoy watching the way my team plays. Since Barbs in 2012 I haven’t enjoyed watching us. I wish we were an exciting team to watch. Penrith like. Young talented and enthusiastic. Never say die attitude. Everything we were for years. What the fuck happened?

I have never had a "second" team it's just the Dogs and Berries before that. Like dman there are teams I hate less than others, though Parramatta, Easts, Manly, Brisbane, Souffs and Melbourne have always been top of my hate list. The thing that turned me off Penriff is their smug wankiness. They think their sh!t don't stink but they need to drag their nose out of the clouds and have a whiff.

Lots of stuff ups over the last 10-20 years.

While we don't yet have anything to show for it, the club seems more united and professional.
We seem to be developing talent in the lower grades and making good recruitment and retention decisions.

There are early signs Baz is sorting out the side and we are playing better.

We need to build on this week.

The funny thing is that ‘tall poppy syndrome’ is alive and well in the NRL.

I admit if the Chickens get a call going their way I yell snd scream at the tv no matter how fair it was. It’s because they are better than us. I don’t care how they do it. I just want us to do it better.

It’s important we as supporters look at our team that way. Our future that way. We need to be the best. However the best do it. We must find a way to do it better!
