+xI think Doni Grdic will be one to watch this season. 19 year old with a mid table Croatian team, sat on the bench a fair bit last year and got a couple of late sub appearances at the end of the year. He might be in line for more minutes this year. agreed

Langerak, Taggart and Alex Grant all qualified for next round following completion of ACL East group stage The only non-JK League team to advance was Thai team BG Pathum United coached by Aurelio Vidmar Peter Cklamovski won again at the weekend with Yamagata Yokohama FM have also kept up their winning streak in J1 since Ange left and at this rate may not need Muscat. John Hutchinson still active there on the sidelines

Cameron Peupion played in a trial match for Brighton's u23s a couple of days ago. He had an exceptional season for their u18 team, so would be great to see him get some decent minutes for their reserve team this season.

A good squad is always better with strong competition for places. If they can both play and score regularly in Croatia and Germany then they should be nailed on roo picks.

+xWhat’s Noah Botic up to? Seemed really promising a couple years back? I think he's still in Hoffenheim's youth system. Fingers crossed all of these young blokes in the youth teams of major clubs can keep improving and make the jump to senior Football. Botic, Teague, Watts, Hammond, Peupion, Valpato, Brooke, Robertson, Francois X 2, Raffie, Italiano, JRB, Gilsenen etc etc. Plus all of the young guys playing regularly in the A League.

I'm fairly sure he's no longer at Hoffenheim

Mabil not in squad for season opener. Can't think he's being saved for Celtic either. Time for a move.

Iredale starting against gladbach Borello bench against Union Berlin Cklamovski's side beat league leaders Jubilo Iwata away from home.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Far out Cklamovski is on a run! Currently 10 matches undefeated in the league, with 9 of those being wins!
Only 6 points off a promotion spot as it stands, which is mental as when he joined they were sitting just one point above the relegation places.
He’s managed to have an instant, mid-season impact. He’s really shaping up as a special talent.

Typical pre season with lots of subs being made I just hope he's doing enough to feature in and around the first team this season. He went a while without football due to the youth league stopping for covid so I guess he's still catching up. He also looked rusty in olyoos camp last month. I'm hoping come Xmas He can establish himself and some decent minute's
