We were at the game, mysister's boyfriend at the time was a dogs fan, and his parents went to church with Bullfrog The first half was very deflating after a great semifinal run, very pleasing to win it in 1980. I didn't go in 1980, after 1979 we went to most semis, I can't take the chance that I am a live GF mock..

In terms of relocation, the Central Coast has a good stadium a good leagues club nearby etc... We could adopt the area as a 2nd home base, like the Tigers have multiple grounds, split home matches 50/50. The Coast is close enough for Sydney fans to travel. Just drop CB and call ourselves the Bulldogs. We can still train at Belmore, but do some training on the CC and play some lower grade games there. Transporting the players in a bus is no big deal.

There doesn't appear to be any plans for expansion by the NRL. All options seem to involve putting a team where rugby league is already strong. No plan to widen the base, just dilute the current resources. Even when they did put a team in another area, the Storm, player development has been spectaularly unsuccessful, 4 players in 23 years have come through the Victorian RL to play for the storm. As for almalgamations. Wests Tigers would have made some sense when they were out of Ashfield and Leichhardt. 21 years on, what are they now, I don't think even they know. They had a big day in memory of Tommy. They hung a West Tigers jersey over a chair on the field. As a player Tommy would never have worn that jumper. St.George Illawarra straddling the sharks. Ridiculous. I don't have much faith in decisions made by rugby league people.

YES PERTH.. relocation as an option to refurb most of our players live in better areas as i understand and travel to belmore for training - theres no lifestyle aspect to the club and foundations are well and truely gone all that remains is the financial incentive personally i'd be looking to council to expand the current ground, build and construct access in line with the NRL's current suburban expansion -

+xLiverpool is a hole and carries connections through campbelltown parramatta and penrith On the contrary. It just about the perfect location along with the Crest at Bass hill. A boutique stadium of around 25k like Cbus in Robina or a smaller Wankbest would be ideal with multiple arterial roads leading to both locations and close proximity to shop, eateries etc. Liverpool also has multiple public transport options. It's a real shame it never eventuated back in 2002 but no reason why it cant happen now. Just sell off BSG and seek state funding and you're done.

Forgot about Crest, that’s in play too.
But IF a stadium is built at Liv or Crest, we’ll still train out of Belmore. We won’t be primary tenants at any new stadium unless we build it ourselves, which we won’t.
we’ll be sharing it with a soccer team, NRL team(s), maybe a Union game or few, probably a concert or so also.
Nobody will be training on it, maybe a Captain’s run but that’d be about it.

I don't think one council would sell it's assets to aid Liverpool council's infrastructure.

If it were to be in liverpool, Tigers would use it in lieu of Wankbest or Stadium Australia, Macarthur Rams would use for Sydney soccer derbies, and as you say some Yawnion games will have a go (unsuccessfully). Geographically it makes sense to be in Livo.

Knights / Broncs reveals how bad the Knights really are. I will be surpised if they win week 1 of the semis...
We need a small ground, where a crowd can make noise, and give us home ground advantage.

And when I say twist, it's an arm over the shoulder and the shoulder is used to force the face of the ball carrier. It's an illegal wrestle.

It was the same last night with the storm. They haven't gotten rid of the wrestle at all, the storm were loitering in the ruck all night. It was so obvious I'm surprised some of them weren't charged with vagrancy.
