The thing I don't like about taking Vitamin D's is they're huge & it's not as simple as taking 1 or 2 each day, so from memory I think it's 4 of the big b'stards in the morning & another 4 in the evening. It's do-able but you know what I mean. Or you will when you're a week or 2 in thinking for christ sakes not again when it's that time..

Vitamin B you'll get from your Vegemite & other sources. I buy a jar of Caruso's because I'm not eating that stuff every day.

Not huge at all, the size of a Panadol capsule, and only two a day.

Must be a different brand. Goes without saying, I haven't bought them for a while..

I suffer from cramps -badly.
Not the ones that footballers or (God forbid Soccer players) get, REAL ones where you dont waste time rolling on the floor waiting for a teammate to come up and help stretch your calf or hamstring.... the ones where you spring to the upright position like youve bern shot out of a barrell and rotate your ankle forward as soon as bloody possible otherwise you feel like a cricket ball is trying to make its way through the strands of your muscles!

I get them in all the common places -and some.
Its exacerbated in water.
Needless to say, i no longer go into deep water where i cannot step on the floor or make sure im within 5m of land or boat.

After consulting doctors about it, couldnt figure out what caused it. Took some magnesium pills for a short time and they were huge orange pills that were hard to swallow. Gave them up and now i just live with it.

I get the bad ones in the feet once in a while too. Usually when laying down. There's not much I can do about it besides stand & walk it out asap. I knew about magnesium but I've never bought it. I don't know the properties of it, whether it stays in your system or washes straight out within 24hrs requiring more to remain of benefit. If it isn't one you need to take once or twice per day then it might be good to have one once per week (if it stays in your system) despite it feeling like you're trying to swallow a spark plug. Would need to read up of course.

I didnt see much (or any) improvement so i stopped taking them.
Doctors cited possible low sodium levels but if they had any idea how much salt i have with food,  they'd freak!
They also tried to get me to eat more bananas, which i wasnt against, but didn't seem to do much.

In the end i have decided i just have to live with the cramps and just make sure i quickly abort whatever i am doing upon the imminent feeling, and stretch that muscle before it takes full hold.

It’s not because you’re too fat is it?

I used to get terrible cramps in my side and back a decade or so ago, hit me worse when trying to wipe my arse. Thought I was getting old and crippled.

Lost 30 odd kilo haven’t had a cramp since.

Just saying….

Actually i had noticed a significant difference (improvement) i think earlier this year.... but jist in the last month or 2, they have noticeably returned.

Yeah i know those bed ones....especially in winter when the doona hangs off the side of the bed and you attempt to bring it back with a leg curl.... its just about as certain as death or taxes....

Well I'm not gonna preach because people have every right to be as fat and or skinny as they like as long as they're happy with it.

I'll just say the closer you are to a... let's just say... "manageable weight", the more aches and pains disappear, some you wouldn't have even known you had until they're gone.

And the older you get, the more you value mobility. In fact I'd say the most important thing to have is mobility.

The poms wont have Archer bowling for them in the ashes. Lucky for the Aus "batters" , now they might keep their chins & elbows intact & get to spend next year without any unplanned high pitched voices. Archer is such a fast & unpredictable sharpshooter, I'd shyte myself facing his cannonballs...

Stokes all round ability will also be missed. Be interesting to see if Broad & Anderson get through the tour at their age.

Yes. They're not as 100% as they'd like. It could also be argued there's more than one in the Aus side that have a question mark over them, whether they should still be there, plus a few spots that no players have come in with the right level of consistency to be first picked. A few revolving doors in both sides. As long as it's not completely one sided. The poms have a knack of finding those Terry Alderman type text book bowlers, same line & length over & over. Archer is the opposite, text book out the window, goes out to destroy with aggression.

Dman - bank robbery 101 is get it done quickly.

If you are in the queue for the bank concierge, I hope they give you some much needed tips.

Luckily robbing does count as essential business, otherwise you would need a vaxx passport.

Covid has dampened memory of test cricket, it may take a while for players and fans to get up to speed.

My distant memory is last series we played the Goat was not effective and the young all rounder Green wasn't dangerous with the ball. Both players quite critical, Cummins and Hazelwood very reilable, Stark can be a mixed bag.

Plenty of question marks on the aussie batting and keeping...

I've got no idea how this series is going to go, hopefully history and competitive instincts fires the teams up.

This was from January, but funny to see it again.

"Our stream started early and caught some unacceptable comments. On behalf of @kayosports and the commentary team, we unreservedly apologise," the streaming service tweeted.

"Yeah, f---," Warne responded. "Jeez it's annoying. 'No!!!' Just f---ing bat properly," Warne said, referring to Labuschagne's unorthodox behaviour while batting. Superstar batsman Steve Smith has similar quirks but was not targeted.

Symonds then suggests "we'll have to give him the hog pile" – a term which refers to a group of people jumping on top of a person.

"Mate, if you keep that shit up we're going to have to squash your guts out your arse," Symonds says, drawing a laugh from Warne.

Try Pilates with a good teacher. Someone that follows the Joe Pilates regime.
You will not look back. They will improve the muscle around problem areas and have nice Core muscles.
I had big time back problems for years, also some cramping.
Now pain free and golfing back 15 years.
Had an MRI, my teacher read it and there we are. Back to the future.
I am 73 and my body has improved in the 5 years of Pilates.

I don't have one.

The Bunker's Twitter account is still up. It's not updated for 3 years but the posts are still available for the world to read. It's actually amusing what they had to say considering how one-dimensional it is, very reflective of its personality compared to all other Twitter accounts.
