+xNRL.com stats. If the stats can be believed, I don't know how they measure it, our PTB speed has gotten progressively slower each game. We were way behind the opposition in games 2 & 3. Every team wants a fast PTB when in possession and a slow one in defence. I'd hate to think it was the way the game was referred. Referreed. Bloody auto correction

I always backed Tolman. Love the guy. Should still be in the blue and white. Only very poor judges of talent couldn’t see his value. Well don Tols on the 300 games.

Bloody auto correction I think we know when we play away from home we won’t be able to hold down the opposition or get many calls going our way. Even at home the stadium is too big and the crowd too small to influence refs. So we don’t gain a huge advantage their either.
It’s why the team needs to make the most of every chance like ODF says. We are building a team that can do that. Let’s hope the coach doesn’t hold them back.

Another one. Line speed often confused with going early. The ref is worst positioned of the three officials on the field to adjudicate. How much input are the touchies having? If they are having input is the ref acting on their advice? It is Very obvious players are going early, especially out wide, compressing the attack.

Watching the Pamfers/ Souffs game, the try that Souffs got disallowed reeks of the same stench the Groncos were awarded in our game against them. The knucklefvcker officials don't ever read these forums but I wish they did because I am calling them out for being inconsistant bordering on incompetent. Rugby League will never be a fair competition while ever V'Landys is in charge and Annersley is covering for the referees.

There seems to a preconceived notion that as they are the 'best' they are never offside of laying in the ruck... And the 'shit' sides do... Which may be true on occasion, but not always... What i dont like is something I heard years ago that refs during their video sessions etc would identify individuals they had to keep their eye on...

I have noticed over the years that teams move forward as soon as the ball is played by the tackled player, yet fir some reason, we get penalised if we move before the ball has cleared the ruck. We do haveca tendency to not rush up as well as other teams but the above is also a factor

I think you are right on this Micko. Playing to rules and bring the good guys doesn't win any favours. The other thing I have noticed is that playing good footy (nice to watch footy) tends to keep the ref onside and you usually get the rub of green. Playing Desball 1 out forward runs doesn't.
