Is it just me or us AA really turned it on recently. There’s blokes playing consistently everywhere now. Albeit not in the best leagues but with so many young guys getting good minutes it’s only a matter of time.
Atkinson, dougall, circati, stensness, kalik, JRB, mcgree, Gersbach, iredale, luongo, mabil all started.
Even Adam taggart got 15 minutes for cerezo Osaka yesterday in the j league. From the roo’s perspective for June everyone seems almost ready to go

No it's not just you. A lot of players are playing consistently and their name pops up amongst the goals or high ratings too. The ACL packed in as well has added some positive things on top. It's nice to see Tilio scoring regularly and Boyle featuring so often.

+xGoal JRB. Bloody hell his status has gone up this season. Genuinely a world-class strike too https://twitter.com/asfcplayers/status/1520383278435508225?s=21&t=Npn7-sZSA8kqBH7qRQh2Eg

Just remembered Shane Lowry at Johor DT. Topped their ACL group, though I'm sure conditions played a big role.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

If I remember rightly, a few were disappointed with JRB’s transfer to Accrington, hoping he could go to championship or higher level League one team. But so far it’s been one of the better transfers of aussies abroad this year. He has been one of their best players last month. Only 22 - a full season at this level of form and he will have a higher level of teams after him. Imagine a back line of him and souttar against AFC minnows in 2nd rd qualifiers!!! Hard for those teams to mark 2 defenders over 6ft 5 in the box at set pieces.

Yes was thinking this the other day too. We have a lot of guys in Europe atm. Reminds me of 99-03 period when lot of young guys went overseas and were playing 2nd division lesser leagues before a handful of them made a step up and low and behold we had the Golden gen.

Cadiz was the club in for Mabil. The headlines assume it was done but I can't seem to find anywhere saying he's actually put pen to paper. It's be unlikely to have an Amini-like experience but until it's signed it's not official.

King starting. No Duncan. Not sure what's up with him but it's another annoying example of starting at a very young age then going AWOL in matchday squads and information.
Meanwhile Italiano off after 53.

Lawrence Thomas has been dropped for the first time all season. His team won 3-0 away from home.

Some highlights with Smith at DC United. I think Degenek's injured. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8nQkmIBuDY

St Pauli on a bad run of form has seen them drop down to 5th with 2.games left. Schalke look set to go up, then between Darmstadt, Werder, Hamburg and St Pauli for the other spot plus playoff. Unfortunately, St Pauli looks the least likely on current form. Hamburg looked out of it not so long ago but have been a great run winning 4 of their last 5.to zoom back into contention.

Utrecht sign Josh Rawlins (Source - Twitter)
As someone who hasn’t been able to see much of him, can someone talk to his qualities? How will he go? I’m guessing he’ll come in as a squaddie.
