Disappointed, we were in it only for 20 mins in the first half. That refereeing decision for the first penalty was one of the worst I've seen, I won't say it changed the game (not calling it) but if victory get the correct call and score it does change the game. 

I feel like I'm gracious when we lose on merit,  and we did to a point but that decision is a match killer.  10 years ago that stadium would've been intense after that.  Tonight nothing. 

This is bad for the a-league, grand final could be played in a school yard and won't fill. 

I hope adelaide make it and win. 

Western deserved it. 

I've cancelled celled my Paramount plus sub. I'm not  watching a final with Western United playing. That club has been the disgrace and final bullet for the A League. May everyone associated with that God forsaken travesty rot in football hell. 

Well done Aloisi. Well fought final by both sides across the two legs. I reckon those key saves by Young made the difference tonight. Must be nice having a good keeper that can make those important saves when it matters most. Credit to Popa getting this far in a "rebuild" year. 
Gonna be interesting if AU win tomorrow. If they do, my plea to reds fans, jump in the car and make the trip over. I wanna see more reds shirts at AAMI than green. 

WU may be a total mess off the pitch but Aloisi has fashioned a very good team with smart signings -Young,Prijovic,Kilkenny,Lacroix and Wenzel-Hall.

I don't blame Miranda, midfield was atrocious.

Big mistake for Poppvic was not giving more game time to players like ikonomidis, margiotta, etc  then expect them to do a job in that kind of game.  If Margiotta had more game time he probably would've Put that shot away and if Ikon had more he might be hit the target with the rebound. 
.Popa did great turning the club around and in very proud  but there were mistakes. 

It's the Carlton SC of the A-league. 
Successful on the pitch. Lots of money to throw around. 
But built on weak foundations. 
It's pretty easy to build a good team on the pitch when you've got $$$. 

League's worst nightmare WU Making the GF. 

Regardless of you cancelling Paramount you can still watch the WU grand final on free to air CH10 or 10bold. 

Good to see a new contestant in the GF, not sure what the crowd will be like though.

Some absolute quality went through Carlton in the few years they were around. Keep in mind they extraordinarily made the grand final in the 1st season they competed in. But on grand final night at Olympic Park it was 17,000 South Melbourne fans v 1,000 Carlton fans…it takes more than a good team on the pitch to build a following, Carlton even played in…Carlton!

Very disappointed…but WU were by far and away the better team. Such a disappointing effort from MV after an amazing run into this game. Worst possible restful for the A-League and for neutrals wanting a good atmosphere in the grand final.

Gotta love the cucks crying about atmosphere, I doubt anyone will notice considering how shit the league has been all season atmosphere wise.
