+x+xGreat to see players starting to feign injury any time someone lands on their legs… very similar to the feigning of neck injuries last year for crushers… The what seems a mandatory sin bin every time it happens is a joke… This is the problem with the way the NRL approaches things. If you make something a focus and examine everything forensically, you will inevitably find something real or imaginary. Maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to watch slo mo replays for anything but in goal… everything looks worse or more deliberate in slo mo… we are talking fractions of a second in most instances…

+xAt this rate players will get sin binned for giving each other dirty looks… Msybe 13 Parra players will be binned for playing in an ugly jersey.

If the player is injured then they will go off. So first question from the ref - is he going off? If not. On report, but don't go back a few tackles to award a penalty. Penalty only for clear cut foul play. If the player is forced off injured more likely to be a penalty and 10 in the bin.

That goes for everything crushers, hipdrops highshots. Yep. It's a no brainer. Not sure if it should be 15mins given the bad guy gets 10 but then again, if you are genuinely injured you probably need 15mins just to nurse the injury before returning.

The final checklist for the bunker should be: "could the player have done otherwise when viewed in real-time" If the answer is yes, then penalise. If the answer is no, then don't.

Another one is when there is little time left on the clock one team is only a point or so in the lead and they piss arse around with the super dooper slow-mo PTB to stop the other team from getting a chance to have a miracle play to win. Time wasting should be an instant penalty.

Time wasting should be an instant penalty. Agreed. The problem with players staying down and endless video replays is that it slows down the game. It would also be good to speed up video reviews of trys. If the bunker can't decide after 3 viewings, go with the refs call. Players are struggling with the pace of the game, but the game being too fsst means that the attack dominates, the game is fast paced and predictable. If we want to slow the game down then a return to scrums after kicking the ball into touch is the best idea. Kick for touch ending in the opponents 20 shoild be a scrum. The team receiving the scrum has the option of trying to put on a scrum move to score a long range try.

The affected player should come off for a 5min assessment while the offender cops 10. If the injury is real, he might need more time off anyway. If it's fake, he just removed himself from the game for 5 mins for being silly about it. It might get manipulated from an interchange standpoint but HIAs are done the same way so its at least consistent to what we are use to now days. I reckon it will clean up the game quick smart.

At the very least, the scrum should be an option to get a breather or allow a team to re-adjust positions after a sin bin.

That game last night felt like it went fuu it r about three hours… How long it took to determine if Hughes grounded the ball in goal was ridiculous…

Does it really matter who we field or where. The NRLol are making it glaringly obvious who they are backing and who's on the outer. I just hope we have a red hot go and earn a win the honest way.

Who the fvck does Rugby yawnions boss think he is warning the blues about not selecting the defector for origin…
The bloke would likely have to be in the top two blokes available to play that position in NSW to get selected, which he ain’t…
I guess yawnion needs a headline cos they can’t create it with their game…

+xForward pass off a dodgy call we need more than grit. Our problems are deeper than that. We were no where near defending that move. Injuries to the backs will kill us. Alomoti missing the fox. He is woefully slow and needs a super fast winger.

If for the rest of the season we can get a bit of luck with injuries… and get just 10% of the 50/50 calls instead of zero we have plenty of hope…

He is woefully slow and needs a super fast winger. Our attack is off. Nothing went right in the first half, our mistakes were the start of the problem. Averillo must have a cork... At least the scoreboard hasn't got away from us, our spine need to execute beyter. Fox, Kiraz and Averillo is a lot of pace and tackle beating ability out of the side.
