Given they've now signed both him and Kuol while also having Moresche and DWH on the books, I suspect Tulio will now play on the wing filling the void left by Silvera, especially as that was the position he was signed to play originally.

Notionally you are right - but CCM give there forwards license to roam.

Hopefully we can actually re-sign Tulio, as he supposedly has some mega deals from Asia on the table that we would absolutely be unable to match.

What a dumb career move. Leaves one of the clubs best at promoting youth players for the club that arguably does it the worst. If Segecic had any brains he'd get out asap.
