+x+x+x+xMarki. What makes you think Hutch or Sexton will improve our team in the halves? Burton has more try assists than Hutch or Sexton in every year he has played in the halves. He has more kick meters. More run meters etc. However when Burton played in the centres for Penrith he had virtually no try assists. Or kick meters. Only running meters.
So I think that proves Burton is much more important to our team playing in the halves.
I understand you keep hearing off the media that Burto should move to the centres. But have you looked at the facts? Please argue your point. But give us some valid reasons. Preferably statistical. The proof is in the pudding Micko.... Kikau is very ineffective with Burton inside him. Said like someone that has still only watch Kayo mini of last weeks game… Foxtel mini. Get it right! I got the important part right…

The proof is in the pudding Micko.... Kikau is very ineffective with Burton inside him. He needs a clever ball playing half inside him to decide when it is right for him to reveive the ball or when he should be a decoy eith the ball going to Burton. Burton had 16 tries in 2021 playing in the centres because of this. Not sure why he isn't credited eith mamy try assists to his winger -maybe cutting out Kikau was enough to secure the run to the line. Either way, my point is that Hutch and Sexxy are both better ball players than Burton are and probably will ever be. To improve Kikau's presence and unlock the left side attack, it is vital that a better ball player us plsying left of the ruck. This is why im calling for the move. Has nothing to do with media. I spotted his limitations as a ball player the first year he was with us. Nothing has changed. But if Hitch and Sexton are better ‘ball players’ than Burton. Why have they both had less try assists every year they have played even when playing in better teams than Burton?
Except of course for the year Burton played in the centres and only had one try assist?? Both Hitch and Sexton had more try assists that year. But guess what. They still had a combined lower number than when Burton moved to the halves the following year. Even though he played for a team that was worse than the Roosters or the Titans.

So to repeat for you Marki. Burton has the ‘runs on the board’ at being a better half than both these other two players.
Of course we could also look at centre try’s and assists. But more importantly centres run meters and try’s are what matters. Kiraz and Citts are clearly better options when we look at that.
But as usual. You talk a lot of shit that you can not back up.
Please try again. I ask why is it that Burton should be moved to centre? When he has over ten less try assists playing centre than he has playing in the halves.

Happy coach stuck with the side. A big win over the Titans is coming up if we can get plenty of ball. I’m worried about their starting props. So much better than ours. We need to keep them on the back foot. Bombs away Burto.

Mate all i can say is dont get hung up on stats as the only meaure to support your arguement. Watch our games. And i mean WATCH them. Watch other games also. Like i do. You'll realise that Hutch was only ever second fiddle and mostly a bench player previously so he couldnt possibly have had the minutes or opoortunities to create try assists. The arguement is as silly as why Munster or Dylan Brown didnt have as many try assists. Look, Im not going to convince you so this is all a moot point. The main person to be convinced here is CC. The chorus is getting louder and hopefully he hears it soon enough.

I’m happy with the six and nine. What would have been good is for Critta to have played fullback all this year to see if he can make it at the back. It would mean the only spine position needed was the halfback. That would allow us to spend big on that position. And also spend good money on two props.

This is a game we need to win and should win, but the Tits are not just on the field to make up the numbers. They are better with Foran in the side. As long as we keep up the intensity in defence and improve our attack we should win. I hope that the crowd can buy us a fee 50/50 calls.

Can anyone explain the difference between the head clash with Farmer last week and Walsh this week with regard to no penalty vs penalty??? 1. One was on a prop 2. one was on a back 3. One was on a Bulldog 4. NRLol made another ‘rule’ on the run 5. The refs are incompetent 6. choose your own adventure….
