Sony stepped into the wrong market, a market noone has ever won. Nintendo have creamed every single handheld that's ever come up against it's own. Nintendo always market them better and put the right type of games on them; handheld games for a handheld, unlike Sony which tries to put console games on the PSP.

I played SFIV at JB. While it wasn't an in-depth play, I wasn't too impressed. If your a big fan of X-Men vs Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom or SNK vs Capcom then it's definitely not the game for you. Go buy a Dreamcast and get said titles above plus SFIII and it's all the SF goodness you will need. :d :d :d

I disagree. I grew up with SFII on Sega Megadrive... absolutely love SFIV on PS3.

These two guys at my school wont shutup about it. They are waiting in such anticipation to get it (when they get the cash). LOL if it lets them down.

I think that's where you and me will differ. I played SFII at the local fish n chip shop but my first SF was X-Men vs Street Fighter on PSX. I've grown up on the supers, tag teams and awesome crossovers.

What's pissing me off just as much is that PS3 racing games aren't 2 player (only for network play) so I can't play against my housemates. Can only play Street Fighter and FIFA against them. :(

Speaking of racing games, I know these 2 are sort of old but Colin McRae: DiRT, NFS ProStreet and Race Driver Grid. Anyone got thoughts on these 3? I'm pretty big on racing games, especially rally cars.

Buy/Download Wipeout HD.

That has split screen action AND/or network play (I suck at it though. I'm much better on the PSP than on the PS3...haven't really tried to get into it on the PS3 though)

Also, its looks gorgeous. 1080P and 60fps. Only game that truly does it atm.

Well the Wii is good for Nintendo only games (sounds familar).

I find 360 the best when it comes to multi-platform and it has a solid lineup of exclusives.

Yeh IMO 360 is above everything else in the gaming world. I haven't played my wii in yonks...waste of money tbh.
