Should I get NBA2K9 or EA's NBA Live '09?

NBA Live '08 is fairly good, I have that, I can really only assume '09 will be better. I've never played 2k9.

I haven't played either but I think 2K have dropped off the pace with their sport games since EA took the NFL license away those years back. Try IGN. I've always gone off their reviews for roughly a decade.

or better yet http://www.metacritic.com/ to get a broader range of opinions on a game. I don't trust just one site anymore after that whole debacle at Gamespot last year. (IGN is just as bad for some games)

How about we just have a running league instead of a cup? Whoever has a 360 and fifa 09 can play off against each other whenever they want. They post the results here, and they get put into a running table...That way we don't have to wait for fixtures, and can just play off whenever. Sure some people might fall behind if they're away, but it'll even out in the end. I'll be happy to keep track of the results and put up a table.

I'll be sending mine in for repair in the next few days, so I'll be out for a few weeks minimum.

Table needs to work on win:loss ratio rather than points.
