Question: When people play FIFA online, is Samuel Eto'o any good? When I play him he is fucking shit but when I am against him he is the best on the pitch.

Ive never used Barca, but similar when I'm against him, He's so freaking quick its annoying.

Yeh but i have the feeling that it's not under warranty. I'm remembering when we got it they asked us if we wanted an extra year of warranty...i think we said no. Might just get a new one...

They extended the warranty for RROD to 3 years.

Ok i just checked the warranty and it turns out we paid an extra $80 for the extra year warranty. We got it on 06/07/07 so we got about 2 months free anyway. But if they warranty was extended for RROD then it wouldn;t of mattered...but dad is taking it to GAME today which is where we got it and i'm pretty sure they said when we got it that if it gets messed up (like this) then they'll just replace it with a new one. Should have a new one by tonight hopefully. :)

Yeah, that's good. Better to get a completely new one than have to repair it.

Remember to keep the old HDD, otherwise you will lose all your saves/profiles.

Fuck Xbox's. You know how i got ring of death right? Well when my dad took it the first time i only put the xbox in the box but it turns out you need EVERYTHING. He goes back today and they hook it up and it's working fucking fine. Dad come's home annoyed. I set it back up and what do you know? The fucking ring of death is there!!! I turned it on and off like a billion times and it keep happening. I showed my dad as well. So he has to take it back AGAIN tomorrow.

That's not the ring of death. I had the same issue once but I never understood how it happened. I turned it off then back on and it worked.

It is the ring of death. 3 red lights (top left, bottom left, bottom right) were red. I turned it on and off again and the RROD was still there. It kept happening...see yours worked when your turned it back on...mine didn't.

Try it at a different power point S_Fan. It could be as simple as that.

Take the plugs out from the console. Give the system a shake. Try again.

Do this, then smack it hard until it works, it's flawless.

Do you have a 20, 60 or 120gb HDD? If you were wanting a 120gb, and had to take back the xbox with the HDD, I'd suggest you go ahead and buy the 120gb and transfer it over.

If they don't give you satisfaction, I'd probably just arrange a warranty fix through Xbox.com should only take a few weeks.

Yeh i got it back today and the problem was within the hard drive. The chick there rang every store in nsw to see if they had any 20G hard drives to transfer it over but no one had any. So i've got a 60G one now with everything lost.

And thanks for the leaderboard mack! I'm leading! The number in the brackets is my achievements but i don't get where the big number comes from...

There is the normal gamerscore, and then there is a weighted "TrueAchievement Score" based on a calculation about how many people have a specific achievement, so if you have something like the 1000 from Avatar, which takes about 2 minutes, it's worth less than say 1000 in Halo 3, which includes heavy and long multiplayer as well as collection missions.
