Finished Red Faction Guerrilla today. Overall time was about 15 hours, which was nice. Pretty good game, I'd give it an 85 or so, not amazingly sticky my pants stuff, but good fun, and frustratingly challenging in certain points.
The last few missions were especially great, one of the more annoying things about doing the main non-storyline missions (where you blow up shit), is that whilst you might get "reinforcements" it's usually 5 guys vs an entire battalion of EDF trops, and they keep respawning.
It's more like Red Faction: Suicide Squad than Guerrilla in some of the hardest areas. The final mission feels like a real assault, I keep up with our attack, demolishing anything in our way tanks, walkers, apcs, guard posts.
I tell you there is nothing cooler than charging a closed up gun bunker that is killing your friends, jetpacking over the top it, surrounding the thing with 12 demolition charges, starting a cool walk with it over the shoulder and hitting the "explode" button. The charges go off in order you set them, and you turn a small building into a smoking crater, and can collapse medium sized buildings.
Felt really epic, hundreds of guys all over the place shooting, killing and dying.
I've done roughly half the achievements, without having to do all that much after the game ended, killed another 6 flyers, pro'ed a couple of demo missions I'd missed because it's in an area you will probably never see unless you know there is something there (south west corner of the Free Fire Zone). Will do a few Mp achievements tomorrow, and probably leave it at that.
The crate, mine and pro transport ones can go to hell though. The respawning glowy signs might count after a respawn, if that's the case then I should get that as well.

I need to finish tiger woods 09, I've only got a few tiger challenges left before I can beat him, then some season mode wins to get achievements, and I'll be done.
The next choice will be Gears of War 1 or Mass Effect.
My new TV comes on Monday (will probably end up being Tuesday tbh).

Picked up Guitar Hero Metallica today, so much win. Trying to buy Rock Band 2 as well. Found an Australian site that's selling the UK version, 81 dollars, with free shipping. Unfortunately it's out of stock. The other option is Game UK, which would work out to 95 dollars, but they're out of stock too. Either one I'd be happy with.

I only remembered on Fifa09 just before the reason why my players were always fatigued. I forgot about the whole office thing and upgrades #-o I just spend all my money on getting 10/10 for fitness so players always have full energy. It makes a hell of a difference.

:lol: I always did it in 08 and when I first got 09 but for some reason I completely forgot about it. It's nearly impossible to score and it is impossible to out run opponents...That was why professional difficulty was so hard! :P
