These American commentators are grating. 

They are fucking terrible, aren't they. They are obviously not watching live but are looking at the same video feed as we are, but even so their understanding of what is happening, particularly with regard to fouls, free kicks, offsides, etc., is amazingly poor.
Their terminology is grating as well, in yesterday's game the commentator referred, one more than one occasion, to a free kick whipped into the box as a "line drive".
