He looked pretty casual in Qatar. He'd either defend things with ease or have moments where he wouldn't over exert himself as to not injure himself. You can see it in the pace of certain big names in those leagues. They'll either shrug at the comparable lack of intensity or just jog along now and then knowing their marquee status gives them some immunity.
